I live right next door to Timbers at the top of 215 & Cheyenne, all I have to say to that owner is you should be more selective with who you hire. The woman 2 tables and after 15 minutes she still hadnt acknowledged I was their. I vote with my dollars though. So I just left, nothing mentioned. Then I came over to the Edge of Town, super nice staff and treated me like a customer. To be honest, I felt more comfortable here anyway. Stuck up people over at Timbers. I just bought a house right next door too. Hey, choose your employees better. Whatever happen to motivation and actually caring about the place you work for? Read moreUpdate 12/14/22: since our first time dining in we decided to return as my husband (chef) said that the burgers were very well prepared and cooked to the closest burgers he makes. Unfortunately, went back twice since Thanksgiving and the first time the doors were locked due to issues with equipment. Second time, same notice on door yet doors were open and three tables were fully seated so I assumed they were operating although I was quickly approached that the kitchen was closed due to equipment. Ok I understand so why allow anyone in the restaurant side. My daughter (9) was thoroughly confused and the waitress walked us to the door.
RECOMMENDATION: Don't allow anyone on that side until fully open.

Read moreThe edge of town is my new secret late night dinner hang. Not crowded.. great food and nice friendly bartenders and cooks. You feel like you're in Montana or Idaho or Colorado at a mountain resort off season. Just a chill, shining type atmosphere.. makes me want to start typing a novel while i enjoy a plate of meatballs smothered in mozzarella. Yes mrs torrence. This is the kinda dead of winter snowstorm type of place on the edge of town Shelly Duvall could call home. That might sound bad but it shouldn't.
