I have been loyal Starbucks customer for at least 7 years now. This location was my go to every day at least once a day until this morning. All these years I have had so many bad experinces with mistakes and things in my drinks from bugs to coffee beans and etc. but everyone was always nice so that kept me coming back. Today when I got to the drive thru to get my morning drink I was told that they can not make it the way I have been getting it the past few years. It is a refresher with light water. The reason why I ask for light water is because many times I would get tasteless pink water. I was told that policy has changed and they can give me the drink with no water and charge me a $1 for a cup of water 🤣 where I said I have water with me so no need. And yet I was charged for extra syrup and thank God I am not diabetic because this drink is Sweet with no water. With the tip i left $8!!!! Did I buy bottle of wine!? Read moreI was interested in trying one of their new offerings. The girl working the register knew nothing about them and had to ask a coworker. I picked one, the cacao protein blended cold brew and paid for it. Since taste is subjective, I don't want to say it was bad, but it certainly wasn't for me. I took it back to the register and asked if they could throw that one away for me and make me something different. I placed a new order, paid for it, and was then asked by the girl working the register to throw my first drink away myself. I agree that they were under no obligation to comp my second drink just because I didn't like my first and didn't drink it, but it would have been nice for them to at least inquire about it. I can't honestly say whether I simply didn't like my first order or whether they made it wrong--and neither can they. This low rating is based on this single negative experience. Read moreThe manager, Heather, is rude and does not give much eye contact when you have an issue. Today their register was not working right. They took my money, cancelled the transaction because it wasn't working right, made me pay again, and now I have to wait days to get my money back on my visa. Heather did not care to do any type of service recovery and was not giving much eye contact. If you take my money in one second you should be able to give me back my money in one second if you made a mistake. We were there for 15 minutes trying to resolve this issue which caused me to be late for work. Heather does belong in management. If you can't perform service recovery and have a customer leave satisfied to where they come back, Heather definitely does not belong in management.
