I’ve been holding off on leaving a review, but after repeated experiences, I feel compelled to share. This Einstein Bagels location on Cheyenne consistently disappoints when it comes to customer interaction. While I understand busy moments happen, what’s frustrating is the lack of consistency and consideration shown to customers.
Today, I simply needed a dozen bagels—half sesame, half plain. No slicing, no spreads—just a quick, simple order. The couple ahead of me had a more complex order and needed time to make decisions, which is totally fine. But once they were finished, the staff member walked them to the register and rang them out personally, which took additional time.
When it was finally my turn, my order took under a minute to box and was ready to go. But instead of ringing me out, the same staff member immediately took the next person in line with another detailed order. Minutes passed. When she was about to skip me again, I politely asked if I could check out quickly since my dogs were in the car (in the shade with AC on, but still). She finally rang me up but muttered, “Everyone has to wait,” as if I hadn’t already waited patiently—and longer than necessary. This wasn’t about cutting the line—it was about basic fairness and common sense.
Sadly, this isn’t a one-off. About 3 out of my last 5 visits have left me feeling uncomfortable or disregarded. If you’re looking for better customer service, I recommend driving a few extra minutes to the Lake Mead location—it’s a much better experience.
I must say the bagels are good and super fresh, it’s just the service consistency and...

Read moreSooooo different location figuring it should be better than the last Einstein Bros Bagel. NOPE!! Arrived at 11:06 am... paid at 11:13... received blueberry bagel with cream cheese on the side and farmhouse bagel ( egg, ham, bacon and cheese ) at 11:30. Layout again very bad. You have to maneuver between the customers that have already paid to get to the spot where it’s set up to place order. The staff assembling the product are crossing each other from one side to the other to complete an order and handing out the food he or she prepared;which IMO is inefficient and a work hazard. ( one of the crew members actually fell ) They have the cashier making the specialty drinks which results in a bottleneck to pay ( this the maneuvering just to place order mentioned earlier )This time the food was hot... which was a relief since it was taking so long. Appearance of the staff working is very sloppy and this one cashier was rude with comments like if we have it we have it if we don’t oh well is what was heard said to another customer. When it finally slowed down, one of the cashiers went to wipe 1 table and to accumulate the waste but then left it by the coffee station in full view of customers waiting for their order. The other cashier just stood looking at everything then went to make herself a soda and when she didn’t find straws she just trotted away not stocking up, not helping coworkers and...
