Flavors — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I have been wanting to go to Flavors for some time. Today was it. I would have given 3 stars. But the staff was courteous and helpful. So Flavors can thank todays employee's for the extra star. I guess I might have built this place up in my head. Thinking OH YAH! An ice cream outlet! But it felt more like a higher priced 7-11. Which I think they need in the area (just not the higher prices) to help with locals that are in the shelters. And may not have many transportation options. Flavors takes EBT also helpful. So I might try again, when I need 5 gallons of Rocky Road or the HUGE $7.00 bag of cotton candy. I'm glad I gave them the extra star now. They are doing a good service where it is REALLY needed. Maybe work on pricing and it will be 5 next time! I bought a couple of ice cream bars. Ate 1 on my way home & will have the other after dinner. Again "nice job" to the staff in...

My moms been coming here for years, earlier this week she had an incident where she was literally being held hostage by a homeless man inside the store for over 10 mins. The staff didn’t absolutely nothing as the homeless man demanded my mom call the police. After watching their security just watch the situation with no type involvement I called the police from outside myself. My mom rushed to our car as staff put her items into our truck. The only comforting words exchanged between staff and my mom regarding the situation was that she was apparently the second female this has happen to within a short time frame.
