In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Las Vegas

The store was very dirty for the amount of employees that were there. Yes, it was busy, but it wasn't overly busy. There were multiple tables that were dirty trash and food on the floor, which someone easily could have slipped on. We even had to wipe our own table and bench seats off in order to sit down. It became busier after we got there, which was closer to midnight. Yes, people were obviously dirty people leaving their trash and letting it fall everywhere. There were plenty of staff people it's just that maybe they did not staff a dining room cleaner for themselves. I guess to have somebody go clean in their dining area, it took the guy that took our order. it was very dirty and pretty gross, to be honest. The fact that we had to wipe down our own table and clear trash off of it in order to sit down. There were 4 of us, and it was really bad most of the tables other than the ones The people were sitting at were filthy as well as the floors. My wife also asked For Her Burger to be well done, and it came out semi close to medium rare. Normally I have a good experience at any of the in-and-out's but in the dining area atmosphere was absolutely horrible food was good other than the fact that my wife's Burger came out medium rare versus well done and the rest of the food was great but was not liking the fact that the Dining area was absolutely dirty floor and tables and we had to clean our own table in order to sit down let alone the bench had trash and food on it. Bad night for us...

In N Out will always be my absolute favorite! I’ve had it my entire childhood and will continue to enjoy it. It’s always fresh and always hits the spot. Best burgers and fries to exist! That being said, I’ve been to MANY In N Out locations. Being from Cali, it’s a staple in my blood. I’ve never walked into an establishment and shocked with how dirty and messy it is.. until last night. We stopped by for a late dinner, on a Tuesday night. We’ve been here before but always through the drive through. It wasn’t packed and was rather empty with a few customers sitting and eating. We had a hard time finding a clean table. We chose a booth and I had to wipe it down with antibacterial wipes. There weren’t any napkins and trash all over the floor and table tops and seats were full of crumbs. People should absolutely do better about cleaning up after themselves but you can tell it had been dirty for a while. I noticed a few people come in and had to do the same that I did, wipe down the table. We were here 45 minutes and I seen a few workers walk around but did nothing about cleaning or picking up. I know most, if not all locations are clean, especially when it’s busy so I hold all locations to the same standard. We had no issues with our food, it was delicious as always and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. I didn’t take a photo of our food because we were hungry, ate right away and went...

Is this the best burger ever? No… but it is in-n-out and it is a burger genre unto itself.

The in-n-out food quality and preparation is consistently very good to excellent. They appears to take care to select nice crispy lettuce and ripe tomatoes - two things where competitors seem to drop the ball. You really need to get at least two beef patties to get the correct balance against the other ingredients on their burgers, but the “double double” is pretty much the default menu item anyway.

In-n-out’s fries are really second to none in the fast food category. Some argue that other places have better fries, but if one is to be intellectually honest, these are as pure as you can get and they make them in front of you, so there are no mystery ingredients. What you see is literally what you get and what you get is delicious!

Their shakes are excellent as well.

In-n-out doesn’t have an expansive menu, but they do what they have on their menu extremely well. The woman that owns the company is like a 3rd or 4th generation custodian of this institution and you can tell that there a lot of heart goes into this company.
