con and melted cheddar cheese on a warm, golden brioche bun with house-made bearnaise sauce”. The first disappointment was the ratio of ingredients to bread vs what was depicted in the online picture. Second disappointment was how hard the eggs were cooked. I was expecting fluffy eggs similar to Eggslut, as the description and picture depicted. Third disappointment was there was absolutely no Bearnaise sauce on these sandwiches. Fourth disappointment was the fact that this sandwich was $22, and I couldn’t figure out why lol. I immediately called the store and spoke to an extremely pleasant gentlemen. We had great convo and he assured me issues like this are always rectified when possible, and that the manager had stepped out for a second but would be reaching out to me shortly. That conversation was three weeks ago, and still no contact from the manager. The bacon and bread were the only things good on this sandwich, not even the cheese came through. As a cook myself, it was I was highly disappointed. I hate to say I got ripped off, but what else would you call it?-

Opened in July 2019 with a promise of single origin Beans and extraordinary service The Coffee Class has now debuted its third location, viral success thanks to #influencers and an incessant “investment” campaign seeing the space at Village Square in Summerlin join two Henderson spots plus Kyle Cunningham’s Almond & Oat. Begun as a passion project for the real estate professional, his decision to hire Chef Beth Ryan-Small for a menu that has evolved to include everything from Quiche and Panini to Desserts undoubtedly part of Coffee Class’ success, the Summerlin address on West Sahara Avenue doubles down in terms of size as well as new items served 6:30am until 5:00pm daily. Not afraid to tout a trend, Dubai Chocolate Lattes flexing for the #gram alongside Beth’s signature Pop-Tarts, fans of The Coffee Class Biscuits will find Vegan versions enjoyable as ever while those seeking something new will notice laminated Donuts a little more oily than Ansel’s original for $6.

Rarely leave reviews, but I had this sandwich from Coffee Class during my time in Vegas recently and couldn’t stop thinking about it after leaving haha. I went with a couple of friends and we tried a variety of things off that menu and it was hit after hit. Their desserts really shine through and I definitely recommend getting the strawberry croissant and churro poptart. The staff was also super helpful as I had some restrictive allergies and they knew their menu like the back of their hand and were able to recommend great tasting options. Really make you feel at home with food that is presented beautifully and a cafe ambiance that is unmatched. Definitely would recommend paying a visit if you’re in the area as I think this is their largest location. Hoping to come again soon!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Baby Bird Café at The Lakes is such a gem! You sit by the water with this calm, pretty view, and it honestly doesn’t even feel like Las Vegas — more like a little lakeside getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff is warm, and nothing feels rushed.

🥑 Food: The avocado toast with poached egg was perfection — thick artisan bread piled high with fresh avocado and a perfectly cooked egg. It’s not a dainty snack; it’s a full, satisfying meal, beautifully plated with greens on the side. The Thai Summer Rolls with peanut sauce were light, crisp, and bursting with flavor — everything tastes garden-fresh, and the peanut sauce is rich and homemade.

☕️ Drinks: The cappuccino was oversized, creamy, and topped with lovely latte art — absolutely beautiful presentation. The chai latte was fragrant and comforting, served in a big mug that makes you want to linger.

✨ Extras: Portions are generous, the plating is gorgeous, and you can tell they really care about quality. It’s easy to relax here — sip your drink, enjoy the lake view, and soak in the calm.

Bottom line: Beautifully presented food, fresh ingredients, and a cozy lakeside vibe. The avocado toast, cappuccino, chai latte, and Thai rolls are all must-tries. My new favorite brunch spot in...

Yesterday was my first and last time visiting this place. Ordered a regular coffee and Raspberry oat cookie. Coffee was cold the server could not even careless, asked her twice, this coffee is cold, she claimed it was the cream, takes the pot back, claims this is freshly brewed and hot, and brings back a warmed up cup. This time I decided to poor the coffee in my spoon and try, ut was COLD. All this time we mentioned we also ordered a cookie oh it's in the oven she says. I went to someone else behind the counter and told him, NOW they brought a hot cup of coffee 3 times, I mentioned to him about the cookie, the so claimed cookie in the oven also is cold, 20 minutes going back and forth. Every time I also had to ask for sweetener, coffee shop that doesn't put sugar on the table for patrons. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. At 2:30 pm variety of pastry were 2 donuts and the oatmeal cookie. I will go back to my regular place Manoon bakery, hot coffee, variety of pastries, good service. Also when I called to ask for direction the girl who answered hung up, I get a good feeling it was the person who...

Food safety concerns!! However Hands down, an amazing bakery. The selections are delicious, fresh, and versatile. Their lattes are outstanding, and while the sandwiches and breakfast items are just okay, the true stars are the pastries.

That said, my review focuses on food safety handling. I’ve visited this location twice. The first time, I sat near the coffee station for about 30 minutes and noticed milk containers (whole, 2%, and others) sitting out in the open — not on ice or in any type of refrigerated setup. I understand they’re busy, but even Starbucks constantly rotates milk back into refrigeration. Thankfully, I had ordered a milk substitute for my latte.

I mentioned it to a manager, who promptly discarded the milk, which showed great awareness and respect for food safety. However, when I returned about three weeks later, I saw the same issue again. I politely mentioned it to the manager by my table and explained that, as much as I love their pastries, I’d hesitate to return. Seeing milk left out that long makes me question what might be happening...
