Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I really hate doing this which is why I put this one off not really a big fan of fast food I'm on a budget to begin with but when I bring coupons in and a friend and someone charges me $20 for two of us to have a meal which is what I paid for a meal at Romano's two nights ago I'm insulted I wouldn't have fed this to a stray dog the service was awful I feel ripped off the food was disgusting the wait was horrible. Okay one good thing they have these little churro things dollar fifty your best bet grab those to go and your set anything else unless you're easy to feed and you've got a cast iron stomach go for it. When they ask me if I recommended this restaurant for small children I said absolutely not because I don't believe kids should be eating this quality of food they deserve better.I'm very sick right now and I usually watch everything I eat to make sure I'm getting the right amount of nutrition. And I don't think this is the place for anyone to do that oh I will also say they do have a pumpkin spice shake that would be a nice treat for anyone to share in the holiday time you can get that available in the Drive-Thru and don't even have to go in this establishment and maybe have that as a dessert after a good meal. We went to this drive through at 11:57 pm and the person at the cashier was smacking his lips while my husband was trying to order his food after a long flight. My husband only took 2 mins deciding his drink and the cashier stated, ‘oh my god, sir, you taking too long‘. My husband told him, let me speak with your manager and he asked my husband if he really wanted to do that. When we pulled up to the window, the manager was already at the window saying that she apologize and she already spoke with the employee. As my husband told her that was very rude, the kid ‘cashier’ was behind her saying inappropriate things while she tries to hold him back. I told her that even the way his acting right now is not appropriate as an employee and she apologizes again stating that’s her son and that his just a kid. The kid also starting threatening my husband to come out the corner. I told the manager (his mom) that it does not matter if he is your son, he is still your employee and he should apologize for his poor manners and she said that she is apologizing for him and if we wanted our meal or not. So we went to Denny's and had a wonderful meal, relaxed inside and so did a few of the people that we met. They too had wanted Jack In The Box.

ADDENDUM:. Jack In The Box responded with their form letter explaining how Covid has forced them to keep their dining rooms closed. Then why have I been able to dine in at every other Jack In The Box I've been to? Like yesterday. And last week. And the mandate was lifted by the Governor a few weeks ago.

It must just be this location. But we'll never know because it was a standard form response. They missed out on a lot of business. There was a soccer tournament going on at the park next to this location and they were turned away because the lobby was not opened for business.

I'm a masker and will continue to wear my mask. But eating out can be done safely and with precautions, we can all return to some sort of normalcy. The new...
