This, by far, has to be the worst McDonald's in Las Vegas!!! They are always messing up the orders or the food! I went in due to the drive-thru being packed. I go in, and no one is in line, I wait for almost 10 minutes trying to get someone's to help. Finally, I got helped, and the girl completely messed up my order. While I was waiting, it dawned on me that the price didn't seem right. I asked for a buy one, get one for a $1. I told her more than once I wanted a McDouble special order, and for the $1, I want chicken nuggets. She asked, "So you want both McDouble's the same?" I said no. I want 1 McDouble and 1 nugget. She charges me for 2 McDouble's and 2 Nuggets. I noticed she also didn't do the special order right. I then have to wait another 7 minutes to get someone to help me fix being overcharged and to get get my McDouble made correctly. Finally, I got a manager who ached like I'm bothering her. She refunded me while she's doing that. I then noticed the girl didn't put the M&M McFlurry. So, I told the manager that she rings to my McFlurry. I wait for another 5 minutes to I get my food. I checked my McDouble, and it was made wrong. I ask the same girl who rang me up m, can you fix this. She does that, I said, "What about my M&M McFlurry?" She goes to make my McFlurry. She hands me an Oreo McFlurry and walks off. I tried to get her attention to get that fix. She finally comes over and says, "You want an M&M McFlurry." And mean while, I haven't even had the chance to ask for the dipping sauce that she didn't give me. She was the one who rang me up and gave my order to me. Not once did she or the manager even say I apologize for the mishaps. This was the final straw with this McDonald's!!! They obviously don't care about their customers and serving quality food.    Read moreOn 6/20/2022, I went through the drive through to purchase breakfast for myself and my son. I used the mobile app to use a discount code as well as to pay for my meal as my app is synced with my credit card. At the payment window, the clerk informed me that my payment did not go through and asked for another form of payment. I gave him 3 different credit cards and he informed me that all 3 were declined which made no sense as we are always on time with our payments. Luckily I had cash on me so I paid $9.00 for my order which totaled $8.82. I received no change. When I got home with our food, I discovered that my receipt showed a completed transaction for the order on our mastercard. I checked our online account for that credit card and sure enough, the $8.82 transaction was pending. I called the store and requested to speak with a manager. I spoke with someone named Paola who identified themselves as the manager and assured me that the mobile order was canceled. I told them that the transaction was on my card statement and was told I can bring the card statement into the restaurant to show them. Unfortunately I did not have the time to go, but I decided to give them benefit of the doubt because the transaction was still pending and can take a few days to finalize. After checking today, I see the transaction is in fact finalized and they did not cancel it on their end. All in all, I paid twice for subpar food. I've reported this incident to corporate and am disputing the charge with my credit card company, but I want to warn others to not use your mobile app with credit card information at this location and don't expect any help from management to correct...
   Read moreToday 01/13/18 I was absolutely embarrassed. My family and I attempted to order our usual breakfast a little later than normal from our local McDonalds. I pulled up to the drive thru window and order 10 sausage egg Mcmuffins and 5 cups of water. The lady taking my order then told me I could only have 1 water per person. I then told her okay thereâs five of us, my wife, myself my 2 daughters and my son. She seemed to be very confused about the water or what she just told me. I backed out of the drive thru and went inside with my family so the staff could see that it was indeed five people. Thinking I could place my order and finally be on my way. To my amazement when inside the problem only seemed to escalate. I explained to the young lady my order was for 5 people 2 sandwiches per person and 1 water per person with my entire family standing beside me. I then asked for a Manager and the young lady says to her coworker all these people do is complain. I had never complained before because I had never had a problem before. When the Manager came I explained to her that this has been my order at this same McDonalds for the last 6 months without any problems to my amazement she said we could only have 2 waters for 5 people. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in all my life. I had been placing the same order at the same McDonalds location and never had a problem. I felt like today I was discriminated against because of the color of my family especially with the comment by the employee who said all these people do is complain. Today McDonalds lost a life...
