McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I will not be coming back here ever again. There was literally no one in the lobby and the kid behind the register just stood there like a deer caught in the headlights and instead of greeting me like he should have he goes, "Do you need something?" I told him yeah I'd like to place an order and I tried to give him the order number from the app and he looked at me like I was crazy. So I asked him if it would be easier if I just went to the drive-thru because a line was starting to form behind me. He ignored me and started doing something with the cash register. So even though I wanted to dine in and still ended up doing so, I went out to my car, went to the drive-thru, got my order came back inside to sit down and eat and the lady who was in line behind me was just getting her order which she was taking to go. I literally took a bite of food before the lady who was in line inside behind me got her order. You realize that means I went outside, I started up my car, I went to the drive-thru, confirmed my order, went to the second window to get my order, drive back around to park, came inside and sat down and the lady that was in line behind me before I did all that had just got her order!!! I know that I should not expect much from children who work at fast food restaurants, but let's be real--this is not rocket science. This is not a difficult job. Oh and on top of all of that they left the pickles off of my sandwich so I'm glad I came back inside to sit down and eat because I had to go up to the counter to ask for pickles. I don't think I don't go to any McDonald's again, but I will definitely never come back to this one. Terrible service. No sense of urgency and the children they have working here don't deserve to have a job much less one that probably pays way more than it should, especially considering the fact I paid $10 for something that should only cost me four or $5. I seriously don't ever want to hear the snowflake generation complain about their pay at McDonald's. When quite frankly, they are grossly overpaid for such a simple job that most of them cannot...

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is the only McDonalds near me so it's not like I'm just gonna go to another one. Whenever I Want something quick and easy, yes I go there thinking "maybe this time will be different" I'm not gonna tell people to not go there, but I'm hoping the owner of this store sees this and makes some changes. First of all, the MANAGERS are rude, I can't get a simple ass order of a McDouble and a Hot n Spicy without there being a problem. I get rude ass teenage cashiers that should be trained better on customer service, my order is never complete the first time. And I'm tired of the one lady cashier calling me and my family crackers under her breath but loud enough for us to hear. Whenever I go in with my FOUR YEAR OLD I have to stop him from picking up other people's trash. The soda fountain squirts out straight syrup and we've brought it up with the male manager multiple times and he looks at us like we're stupid. Considering this is on way more than 1 occasion, I hope changes are made or I will be calling corporate. I've stayed quiet for way too long and I'm pretty sure other customers are just as pissed as I am. Fix the problems guys or go find jobs that you can actually do without...

Let me start out by saying the cashier who took my order was great. So today I went into the Charleston and Torrey pines McDonald's location and I placed an order walked home and notice that I was missing two Sandwiches so I called up there and I let them know that I was missing 2 sandwiches. I was then told to bring all the food back with the receipt. So I walked back(mind you, it's a 106° outside) and gave them the food. They proceeded to take the receipt and the food back behind the counter when they brought my order back, they gave me the 2 fresh missing sandwiches and a fresh fry but tried to give me the old food that I just walked back up there with and when I told them that I wanted all fresh food because it was now cold. they got upset, only for them to take the old food out of the bag that I brought them back in and just place them in a new bag as if I wouldn't notice the difference in the temperature of the fresh food and the old food. This is unacceptable. I'm so upset and I could've just donated the $30. I will NOT be patronizing the...
