Next time tell me I failed the visual before hooking me to the sniffer and letting me know I passed it but failed because of the visual. I'd appreciate the honesty and bring my business back after I fixed it instead of going elsewhere. Give me the opportunity to decide if I want to pay for the sniffer after knowing the visual failed instead of proceeding after knowing the visual wasn't kosher. That quick buck isn't worth losing future business...

Guy doing inspections on Saturday 4/2/21 was unprofessional and rude. After plugging in and running test he yanks the cord off his machine from my Jeep and breaks my plug off it’s mounting plate.
