I ordered something on the phone and was expecting for pick up at the lady that answered the phone did not speak any English at all. She misunderstood everything that I said and did not really comprehend when I was speaking to her. So I would suggest to have someone that speaks English and has good customer service as well as this is why customers get confused and disappointed. Also when I went into the restaurant five minutes after calling, there were so much disorder and no order at all with in the store. People are pointing fingers at me and speaking other languages which kind of makes sense and I respect it, but when you have no order and there’s also people are tryingTo pick up food, you should have a lot of order and a business so that customers don’t get disappointed. Also there were about three people in the front all talking and there was one lady waiting in the back for her pick up and since they know none of the people in the restaurant spoke English they got all confused and they thought that the order was mine but it was actually the ladies in behind. Either way they can communicate this properly. So the biggest thing for this restaurant to grow and to have better success is 1. Great customer service, be very friendly smiling, not pointing to the customers or treating them as if they were nothing in if they had no value. 2. Have people that speak English fluently and that could understand customers and communicate properly because this is why you’re losing business God bless you all and hope this business can succeed a lot as I am a fan of far and I’m a fan of Vietnamese food but when customer service and communication is not on point and you have these situations, it’s a great way to self evaluate and become better. Thank you

Finding myself hungry while at the corner of Sahara and Rainbow, I scanned the area and spotted this place at the southeast corner. Though it was just before closing time, I was greeted warmly and seated. Never having Pho before, I had no clue where to start. So I selected the special combination pho and special house chicken wings. The wings are sweet, vinegary and delicious. Just the right amount of crispiness, not overfried. The pho was packed with different meats and noodles. Provided was a plate with bean sprouts, basil and lime and chilis. I dumped that all in as well. The broth was savory with a hint of sweetness before I added the plate of stuff. Then it was tangy and spicy too. Damn skippy this was an enjoyable meal. The small cafe is quaintly decorated and CLEAN! The ladies who served me were friendly and aleays smiling. I never felt rushed even though it was closing time when I stepped out. Special mention to the dude who brought my food. Assuming he was the chef? I will definitely return.

This is my go-to Vietnamese restaurant! They have really good everything! I usually come for the banh canh tom cua (crab and shrimp udon noodle soup,) but I found out they have the best pho and bun rieu as well. I also discovered they make bot chien (fried rice flour cake) I haven't had that since childhood, only my grandma and mom made it. I never ordered it from a restaurant. And they do not disappoint, it brings you joy and reminds you of home. They also have a homemade chili paste, that's so spicy, it takes your soul but in a good way. They sell this in a jar! We always have a jar in our fridge! Come eat here... you'll not want to eat Vietnamese food anywhere else!

My wife and I visited Sing Sing for the first time today. Let me start with what I liked about Sing Sing. It has a relaxed atmosphere. The gentleman who greeted us was friendly and attentive. Now to the food. We ordered 1 bowl of chicken pho and two orders of spring rolls. The pho noodles were somewhat over cooked but otherwise had good flavor. The shrimp spring rolls is where we had some issues. My wife went to eat her shrimp spring roll and noticed the huge black vein on the back of the shrimp. ( shrimp poop) They had not cleaned the shrimp well before serving it. When they lady came to our table to ask how we where doing, we showed her the uncleaned shrimp on one of the spring roll orders. She acknowledged that there was an issue but then asked if there was anything else she could help us with. We asked for some napkins. She said okay and walked away. We thought that she would have been courteous enough to remove it from our table and offer us a fresh spring roll without the shrimp poop but that didn't happen. When she returned to the table with the napkins we had to say please take that away. Still she did nothing to fix the issue. For those reasons she received no tip. We will not return. I Wish our experience here was a better one. Especially considering the...

I want to give this place 5 stars because the pho came out SO FAST and that was impressive.

But, I wanted to phone my order in and the number either doesn't work or they don't like taking calls.

The lady at the desk taking orders seems hard of hearing (could be a language barrier too, I can't prove anything). No one was being rude so that's cool. But I was trying to make small talk and was ignored.

The price I was given was a lot higher than what I saw on the online menu (almost $20) which is way higher than other pho restaurants.

I was also given half as many noodles and greens as other pho restaurants give.

I ordered the tendon noodles and they came in about 5 chunks which kind of isn't great because the bigger the piece, the harder it is for the hot broth to soften... so they're chewy when they should be melty if that makes sense. It should be cut into thinner slices

I still give 4 stars because the broth was delicious, but not mind blowing, and my order was ready within 2 minutes. I feel like there is room for improvement. Also something telling of that was I went during peak dinner time and the...
