Props to the front line employees trying their best. Complaint is about the mobile ordering system. When you order, it will text you order ready however when you get up there, it's not ready. It hasn't even started. This is the second time at this location this has happened. There was a line and the line was moving faster then mobile ordering. When someone else inquired (they were in the same situation) that person was told the line had priority. Makes Zero sense that The online ordering would send a text message saying order is ready when they're not even preparing it and outright say they have to take the line first. Personally it should be first in first out, wether that is mobile order or in person in line. I felt bad for the ladies that were working the line, they were trying their best but had zero training as how to incorporate mobile orders while handling a line. A lot of people mobile order to avoid waiting in line being able to just walk right up and pick up the order when it's ready. Not be told it's ready only to find out it's not. The convenience of being in a casino and mobile ordering is just that so you don't have to wait at the counter and it'll be ready when they say it's ready. Maybe it's an app issue Maybe it's a training issue but either way these ladies were doing their best given how crazy busy it is and with the training they had. It was a catch 22 for them just trying to keep up...
