I placed an order at 10:30 am for 4 pizzas to be delivered at noon today for a birthday party. Called at 12:05 to get an ETA, I was told 5/10 minutes. Called back 10 minutes (12:20) later still searching for pizza. Spoke to manager promised driver on the way. I asked for ERA as I had 12 hungry kids for a birthday party that ends at 12:30. He put me on hold and never got back to me. I called numerous times after and I could not get through to the restaurant. Needless to say, at 12:40, the guests started to leave with no lunch served. As we were leaving the venue where we hosted the party, Doordash calls me at 12:57 with my pizzas an hour later. Firs of all, if I had known you use DoorDash, I would have ordered from Pizza Hut across the street. Also when I called the first time at 12:05, if the manager was honest with me and told me the pizzas were running an hour late, I could have gone somewhere else and picked it up as carry out myself and still been back by 12:30. I am very frustrated that we hosted a party, promised the families that we will provide pizzas for lunch for their kids, yet we sent them home with empty stomachs and starving. Read moreRecently placed an online order at this location. It was 10 minutes before closing, and they immediately canceled my order with absolutely no explanation. I had ordered it via contactless delivery, so I didn't realize at first that they had canceled it (they sent an email but didn't try to call me). I ended up waiting for an hour before I realized it was canceled, which at that point, was too late to order delivery from another business. I get that it was 10 minutes til close, but an explanation or a phone call as to why my order was canceled would have been the least they could have done. If they don't accept orders 10 minutes before close, they should prevent you from ordering. Marco's pizza at least has a 15 minute lockout from placing an order before they close and I think that it is a much better system than just canceling my order without any details or not calling me to inform me that it was canceled. Additionally, they don't allow you to email them complaints and because my order was canceled, I couldn't even use the web portal to enter my information (because my order number was invalid). Read moreThis was the worst Papa John’s establishment I have EVER been to while living in Vegas for 2 years. I had been here before and met one of the managers, Robert. He made the most disgusting, repulsive, and sexist jokes, but I love papa John’s so I let it slide. After I came back about 2 weeks ago, there was another incident where I was trying to pick up my food and the employees thought I didn’t pay so I had to ask for the manager. I thought I was going to get the manager I had seen before, but this time it was a woman named Jordan. She seemed nicer to me, but she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to her employees and honest to god was a disappointment to the friendly papa John’s that I have been to before. On the other hand. I had gotten some cinnamon pull-aparts and picked them up. When I got home to eat them they were utterly DISGUSTING.
