I have double coverage of quality insurance and have never received a bill for an ultrasound. I had received bills from Pueblo but none showed that it had been taken care of by my insurance(sometimes it takes time for both coverages to clear my costs). The location was very busy the day that I went and I gave them my primary and secondary cards. My bill went to collections, which stunned me and I called Pueblo about it. They said that my secondary declined because they weren't my primary. So, they knew that I have a primary but only left 1 voice-mail. I was ilI and neglected to check it because the number was not one I recognized. Another, call from them was never made. Apparently, they want to believe that I only gave them my secondary insurance card because they don't have the other on file. Now, it is too late for them to bill the primary. It is also my fault, according to billing, that I should have called them about getting a bill. I go to the Mayo Clinic Hospital every 10 weeks, have cancer, and had brain surgery. Their efforts to get my primary insurance information was not on a bill. I was never told they didn't have it and common sense from knowing that I have a secondary shows that a primary exists, therefore a simple text, email, post-it, or a second call would have taking care of the situation. I will not go back here again nor will I recommend it to any others. I now owe them a reduced amount but I feel strongly that I am paying for the mistakes of their overwhelmed, busy staff that could have misplaced the photocopy of the primary card.    Read moreThe lady who did my ultrasound plus the two ladies at the front desk on Saturday should get 5 stars. My overall experience was a bit frustrating. It was nice because I got in quick, but one of my questions were if they do stat results, I was told yes. I explained that my doctor needed them before 2pm. They told me yes, twice. Even if they didnât get there before 2pm it was fine, just need them the same day. My appointment was at 7am, when I called after 4pm I was told the doctor hasnât read them yet. When I spoke to customer service and asked for the supervisor the response I received was the only way they do stat results if it was life or death, I explained to him I still need to speak with a supervisor. He told me he would transfer me to her and I can leave a voicemail. I then asked âcan I not have her extension as well?âHe then gave me her extension. I have left two voicemails since. After seeing the results from my doctor, the results werenât read until 7pm. Which means they werenât faxed to my doctor that night. My doctor expressed that she called them and everytime it stated they were closed and unable to leave a voicemail. Also, after speaking with my clinic, they didnât do what was asked. The order clearly ask for how many follicles I have, plus the sizes of them. Which they did not do. My doctor expressed the concern in this because it is crucial for my treatment plan. The only reason my results werenât sent is because I went up there Saturday morning and the lady at the front sent them for me. Both ladies were extremely nice and patient.    Read moreI had an mri done last night but had to emergency stop after about 5 minutes. I have a spinal stimulator and it was in mri mode and their machine was in safe mode but I started to get a really strong spasm radiating from my side all the way around to my abdomen, and it was pulsing to the sound of the mri machine. Also my right leg started buzzing really hard. They shut it down the second I squeezed the emergency stop. They seemed just as concerned about my safety as I was. They were very courteous and the facilities were clean.. UPDATE!!! Yesterday I had a CT scan and when I was on the table out of nowhere my spinal stimulator went crazy and everything from the waist down started to buzz. Turns out the MRI machine is right across the hall. As soon as I left it went away. ANOTHER UPDATE This time I'm taking a couple stars. I recently had an x-ray done and for years the tip has been broken off and very painful. I showed the technician my previous xray and explained the piece has moved and showed about where I feel it. I saw the screen after and it was a blurry x-ray the tech said it was just the screen that the person who does the report can see more. The report came back saying everything was normal. They refused to do another x-ray without a referral.. I've never had to pay to retake an x-ray t that was not taken properly...
