called in to inquire about having one watch cleaned and another's band reduced by one link. I have used them for other work and have purchased diamonds and a watch from them. I even directed a hand full of folks to them for service and purchases. when I arrived it turned out they were talking about cleaning the band. I explained I needed the watch cleaned. They indicated it would be sublet to a trusted local watch smith. The price was still reasonable. During the course of small talk I had indicated the dust was visible inside the crystal. One of there employees indicated "oh not a problem we can handle that while they were adjusting the latter's band." There guy took the watches in the back room adjusted the one band. Then proceeded to open the other watch and swab out the dial. I was still willing to have it serviced but they seemed sincere so a said "OK" This is where the term "A LITTLE knowledge is a bad thing!". Well intentioned or not there person yanked the crown stem out of 22 jewel watch that should have been properly disassembled to release. "Gee wiz so sorry we'll get it handled." None of us are perfect so OK get it fixed let me know when it's ready. Many calls to them and just shy of a year later I got it back. Looked great and was incredibly accurate for about a month. then stared to loose a few min. a day. Within a week something inside came apart. The hands would jump ahead when winding, likely a failure in the escarpment. Returned to the Jewelers they indicated well try again. after a few more months and a few calls to them they came back with. "there guy doesn't know how to get parts for it. Have a nice day." So with that I tell you folks with nicer things like myself "CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!" :Ps after I had this experience I had the previously purchased diamonds examined. Their not junk but they are far less valuable than their price. This is the kind of place you need to ask all the question. I've managed multi million dollar service dept. over a roughly 30 year span I've never screwed up and sent someone packing. I lived with and corrected or compensated my clients for any short coming's. I have considered taking legal action but frankly they win the bet that I won't tie up my time and resources for a lousy G! All I can do is warn nice people with nice things to avoid persons of lesser standards. Again "Buyer Beware!!!"

4/10 Thank you for your artful riposte; Age and condition are always factors to be dealt with. As for the matter of the crown it's not too likely a movement dated 2014 would be all that worn. But give the devil his due and assume that's an accurate statement. The fact is this stem can not be removed without a partial disassembly of the watch movement. A fact lost or neglected by the artisan....

Brought my morganite here to get the surface scratches buffed out. I was told by the gentleman who looked at it it would be $30 after going to the back to speak with someone and they said we don't even have to remove the stone. I thought okay I've never had it buffed so I didn't know prices or the process of buffing it out.

I just realized after having the ring back for a week that my stone is completely lopsided now. I was crying I was so upset. There's no point in calling them because there's nothing they can do they ruined my stone. I wish they would've told me this could change the shape of the stone completely I wouldn't have done it at all. Now that's all I'm looking at is the fact that the shape of my stone is completely different. It has a big slope. You can see how it's sloped if you look at the prongs. Showed to my mom and husband and friends to make sure it wasn't just me thinking it was sloped and they agreed.

I look at my ring a lot as I'm in love with it and have had it for over 4 years I know my ring. This completely changed it and I am heartbroken. DO NOT bring your jewelry here.

Another note when I picked it up I noticed there was some scratches on it still and I pointed it out and they brought it over to a gentleman who said yeah those are too deep to get and he said it's a much improved and he said it in such a rude way, and said it WAS only $30 for the job. I never asked for the cheapest option. all I did was come in and asked for the scratches to be buffed out and they told me the price and what would happen. I would've rather spent $300 to make sure it was done correctly. DO NOT bring jewelry here they will ruin it. I don't know how you couldn't have seen this when inspecting the ring. There is also new damage they did, I can see how it happened on the edge, it was never there. I am just so incredibly upset because nothing can be done unless I have it buffed down to be even but I don't dare take it to this shop to have that done. The photos will show the unevenness of my stone now. I don't wear any other jewelry at all. the stone means so much to me and now this is all I can see.

I always love coming here every Vegas visit. They have unique one of a kind items and the ladies are so friendly and helpful. I needed a watch battery replacement and backings I lost to a set of earrings I had.

Service is always fast, professional and prices are very reasonable. If you see something you like, they even have a 12 month layaway.

My sister has been a customer here for at least 12 years and I’ve been making special visits whenever I visit Las Vegas for the last 5 years. I always find very unique items and gifts here as they have a nice variety of everything. This past visit I had earrings that needed clip back replaced and a few seed pearls replaced that were lost. The repair was amazing and even better than what I thought it would be. Jeweler here does superb work! This trip I purchased a beautiful jewelry box flowered egg gift for my niece. They gift wrapped it for me too. Everyone there is super friendly and very helpful. They have consignment case that has some really one of a kind items. My sister purchased a beautiful ring and they are also taking some of the diamonds around the band and making earrings! They do everything here! Jeweler is on premise everyday!
