Horrible experience. They said they could do a custom ring. It looked nothing like I asked for. Since it was an intricate design, we changed it to something more simple. They sent the CAD and it looked bad, tried rephrasing what we wanted and 3rd CAD looked ridiculous, tried to explain again, 4th CAD looked ridiculous. Seems like their designer/ringmaker is an apprentice or should retire. The salesperson keeps trying to gaslight me like we just want to keep making changes, when it’s them that can’t even make a simple design or understand instructions. I would not trust this place to make your custom engagement rings for nothing. It’s been 3 months now, no ring and they refuse to refund me. Absolute crooks trying to force me into a terrible ring we don’t want. See photos and tell me you would be ok with any of these rings. And NO if they respond none of these are what I asked for no you are not accommodating me, you’re insulting me with these sloppy rings. I have no item of yours GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Response- Again with the gaslighting. This is what you people do. When I picked up the original ring I told you then, this is not what I asked for, It was NOT to my specification and looked nothing like it. I never approved the first CAD as it was NOT sent to me! You insisted I take it anyways. The band didn't even match the ring or sit flush. It was done horribly. Through the following weeks your design team continued to provide terrible renditions of what I asked for. I've lost all hope that your designer can deliver what we ask for. I don't trust that even if we settle for something with you that the ring will last. I don't want to settle with an ring that my wife should wear everyday and shouldn't have to. GIVE ME...

I brought in a necklace I got for christmas from my boyfriend, its a 2 piece pendant with my name engraved, and the chain of course. The clasp that binds two pendants is like a hing so you can take one off and only wear one. So I asked for them to close the clap. They did, they also scratched the necklace a ton and it looks old and dull. It was a week old when I brought it in. The overall experience was absolutely horrible. They gave me a recipt that wasnt mine; It was someone named Suzie. While i was explaining what I wanted done. I did a couple more times to be sure he did exactly what I wanted, since I am paying. Last time i was explaining it the dude cut me off and said "he knows what to do" so I leave with the recipt that wasnt mine little to my knowledge at the time. He said come back in an hour. I come later than an hour maybe 1 and a half and he says wait a few minutes. So Im in there and this lady comes and brings my necklace, this lady BRINGS MY CHAIN BUT THE WRONG PENDANT. So I'm like uhh thats not my pendant and she says oh I'll be back and asks the dude like which pendant is supposed to be mine. She comes back minutes later with my necklace...all of it. I inspect it, its dull and I didn't see scratches till after I DONT KNOW HOW I MISSED IT THEYRE HUGE. So I ask like its dull can we do anything about that? SHE TELLS ME NO. So I leave.Worst...

We went to The Jewelers In January 2023 to have one of the prongs on my wedding ring repaired. My husband bought the ring 30 years ago from The Jewelers. We have been so happy with their products, prices, and customer service that they are the only jeweler we have used since 1993. While we were waiting for the prong to be repaired we started looking at anniversary bands. My husband has wanted to upgrade my wedding ring for years but I wanted to keep my original ring for sentimental reasons. Laura had been helping us with the repair order. While we were looking she asked if she could make a suggestion. We replied, "Yes please." She said, "I know you want to keep your original ring, but have you considered a new diamond for the center setting? You get to keep the ring he put on your finger when you got married but add to it." She brought out a diamond that was absolutely beautiful and much larger than my current diamond but it did not overpower the other diamonds in the ring. This is an option I had never even considered.
