PT's Express — Restaurant in Las Vegas

5/22/25. 10:40am. Female associate was inconsiderate and rude. I had myself a breakfast sandwich from the adjacent Dunkin Donuts. When finishing my meal I needed some napkins, there were none available at any of the tables. So I looked around the counter area, and the girl working Dunkin Donuts was busy, so I ask the female PT express worker. She quickly dismissed me saying that they weren’t open yet. I reiterated that I only needed some napkins (clearly my hands were stinky and face needed some) but she continued to say they weren’t open. I trying repeatedly saying I just needed napkins. She continued to disappear behind the door saying the other girl at Dunkin could help me. The PT associate was fully capable of handing me a couple napkins that were within her reach but out of mine. She was busy preparing their area to open soon, but Her hands weren’t full and I would have expected at least some consideration to the obvious need of a napkin. Located inside Arizona Charlie's on South Decatur . It sells Chicken Wings , Chicken Tenders , Burgers and Fries , Cheesesteaks , Chips and Salsa , Nathan's Hot Dogs , Nachos , Mozzarella Sticks , Quesadillas , Pretzels , Taquitos , and Chicken Caesar Salads . They have several sauces to choose from for your chicken . It only has a couple tables with a big screen TV on the wall with sports playing . The menu is also on a big screen TV beside it .

I got a $50 food voucher from Arizona Charlie's so I got a variety of things , The Chicken Wings were pretty solid , got Medium . Chicken Tenders they gave me a good amount and I had those with the Cajun Dry Rub . They were just okay . I got a Pub Bacon Cheeseburger . It was big with 2 patties , but I have to say I was letdown because it was very plain tasting . It looked great , but was not good or bad . The French Fries were standard with a decent flavor . I got a lot of fries too . I brought home to share with my Son and his Wife .

This was the worst PT's I've ever eaten at. The food was horrible. While on a business trip to Las Vegas I stayed at Arizona Charlie's on Decatur. I ordered a Chicken sandwich that came with fries. The bun was greasy the chicken patty was over fried and hard and the fries were horrible. A couple of days later I decided to try the chicken wings. I ordered the BBQ bone in wings. When I picked up my order I opened up the bag and noticed that my wings were yellow. I said. "I think you guys made a mistake i ordered the BBQ wings. " the lady proceeded to tell me that this was the BBQ wings and then followed it up with they're mustard BBQ wings. I hate mustard and no where on the menu did it state these were mustard BBQ wings. She tried to tell me that they were good I had to get my money back because I don't like nor do I eat mustard. I was extremely irritated and not too mention hungry. Why would you not state on the menu that this is not traditional BBQ the experience was horrible I'll never eat...
