Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Since that new guy works there around the hours of 4 a.m. its been nothing but a nightmare. He continues to make mistakes everytime I go. Tried to charge me 13.95 for a California Burrito and I drove off. Another time he didnt have time to make me a California Burrito and told me it would be 1/2 wait because they have to make 10 bean and cheese burrito for another customer so I drove off again. Then he forgot to put the sour creme in my burrito after he handed me the burrito, he demanded it back to put sour creme in it. I told him 4 times just put it in a cup, finally put it in a cup and it was a little tiny bit smdh . I told him since you started here always is a problem. Hire someone that speaks English and Spanish please. I use to always come here after work at 4 :15 a.m. Then he told me don't come no more then. I have to ask him how much so he don't try to over charge me !!!! He suppose to tell me how much it is. California Burrito only cost 6.95 where in the hell did he get $13.95 from. Smdh again. This place is terrible first of all I called and the girl MARISSA who answered was talking to someone else in the back ground and never acknowledged me when I continued to say hello. When she finally got on the phone she had an attitude and while I was trying to explain the issue for my call she kept cutting me off and talking over me. I asked to speak with a Mgr and she just sat onThe phone talking in Spanish to other ppl so I asked again and she said he wasn't available I need to call back tomorrow. I said I need his name. She then said I have to go I have other people to help, I said I'm on the phone with you now, so you need to help me first what is his name? She finally said a name that I could not understand then hung up on me. This is not how you treat customers and I will be making a complaint higher than the so called Mgr that wasn't even available when I asked for one. I wish I could give 0 stars because they don't even deserve the one required to...

Be warned they DON'T USE GLOVES AT THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING! Employees were nice. Was happy that at least 1 person spoke English bc my Spanish sucks. Was not happy that NO GLOVES were used! Not even by the cook!! We are still fighting this COVID virus. I saw the gentleman who was working the drive thru, handle money, then go to the food station and try and touch my food. I stopped him before he had a chance. I ALMOST WALKED OUT right then and there. Almost got my entire order correct. Apparently, don't ask them to leave off guacamole from anything, it totally breaks their brain. They can't understand why you would EVEN WANT to do that.
