This location deserves 5 stars but gets 4 due to the employee that is sometimes taking orders at the drive through. I go to this location for it's convenient drive through and proximity to my work place. This employee screams, I mean screams out her greeting when you pull up. Her overly chipper greeting is disingenuous and fake. On very few occasions I have had other employees take my drive through order that spoke in a normal, friendly and accommodating way. At 6:00 in the morning, no one wants to be blasted through the speaker BEFORE they have had coffee. I also asked if a drink could be made sugar free for a coworker and I was talked to like I was an idiot and should have known better. It didn't feel good. All this being said, I have always received excellent customer service at Starbucks. But every morning I visit this location, hoping that this lady will be different....she isn't. Today I actually called the location and spoke to the manager on duty, Brian, and he was very sympathetic, apologetic and offered me a free drink. I said there was no need to do this since all I normally get is a regular coffee and the point was to address the attitude of the employee. Read moreI came in with my pup after walking around the neighborhood for a while, and I ran out of my own water: I shop at Starbucks all the time I have the app and everything. I literally always get enough points so that I can redeem them for a free coffee or a free cup about every month that’s how much I purchase from Starbucks but I’m never ever ever ever ever coming to this location again because when I walked in and asked for water, he told me that unfortunately it’s complementary but only with purchase.. If Starbucks did change the rules then they lost me as a customer 10000% But considering I was just in a Starbucks the other day, and they gave me complimentary water whoever the guy with the glasses is, I don’t know if he was just being a dick or what but it’s fine let a human being be in 98 degree weather and a customer and deny them of water .

An employee answer the phone told me his name is Zachary i explained the situation 9 cars in front of me and he answer SO?
