If you are a Starbucks aficionado like me (I had to become a stockholder since I spend so much money here), you know each one has its own personality. The flavor of this one: it's a kewl hangout. ☕ In the days before the pandemic, there was always an interesting mix of people working, talking, deeply engrossed in a book (how archaic) or their phone, or listening to music 🎵 with headphones. There was this buzz of being in an "it" place. 🎈 I liked hiding in the back by the bathrooms. The cool kids hung out at the two long tables in the front by the windows. Now of course it's empty, which is sad. But the baristas are still in fine form. They move like whirling dervishes to get your 🧁drink or pastry to you tout suite. I love to see what's on the walls because each story has different decorations. ✨ This store has photos of the actual coffee bean sacks. This somehow made the coffee taste more authentic knowing how it all started. Here the photos are in a long gallery, so there's a lot to see while you wait. The drive-through is always packed, which is why I go inside. This Starbucks has no outside seating. There is parking in front of the store, but not a lot. However, a huge parking lot is next to it for the Big Box stores. So you don't have to worry about finding place to park your car. 🚗 I look forward to the day this Starbucks can start...
Read moreThis review is about rude Sophie and her horrible customer service. I pulled up to Starbucks last night to order a caramel macchiato Frappuccino. Sophie immediately tries to change my order to an expresso shot and some milk. I told her no, and she continues to try to convince me to get her weird made up order instead. I asked her what the problem was and if she just didn’t want to make it, she told me that she was “trying to save me fifty cents” and said “your order is a frozen drink”. I told her that I would survive without the fifty cents. And that wasn’t the truth, she or whoever was working the shift with her didn’t want to make the drink I asked for. At this point I pulled up to the window confused. I have to tell her my order a third time, just to receive a half full drink that doesn’t look like or taste like a caramel macchiato Frappuccino. I asked for the manager she told me she couldn’t give out that information. Another lie from Sophie. I then speak to the guy she’s working with and I let him know that she was very rude and I wanted the managers name. Sophie is rude and has a nasty way about her. She has no business being in the customer service industry. Oh and I accidentally tipped when I went to swipe my card. Just out of habit. But she definitely did not deserve it with that nasty attitude she was giving....
Read moreThe employees are always very friendly, however, the quality of several of her items have been extremely bad, I have ordered tomato mozzarella Panini‘s at Starbucks for years in the last two years they have been more like just eating a roll with a touch of pesto and cheese. Charging almost 7 dollars for a sandwich that is made poorly hardly any of the ingredients as advertised, the mozzarella, pesto basil and tomatoes, either it has barely any cheese and some pesto, and one tomato or a ton of tomatoes and barely any cheese and a piece of basil, they are very inconsistent, and they are not fulfilling, nor appealing anymore. Also, the last time I ordered hot chocolate, it literally was like drinking dishwater. I didn’t want to say anything because I had a meeting in the actual store. I didn’t want to bring attention to the issue, big waste of money. So frustrating because the tomato mozzarella Panini are really good with her made right. I have mentioned it several times to management, and I’ve also contacted corporate about it but quality is...
