Del Taco — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I have been through the drive thru a few times early in the AM the past couple of weeks. Few times between 3 and 4:30am. Today I was there around 7:30am. I believe I have been served by the same gentleman each time.

Everytime I go through a drive thru I get so nervous when I put in a big order because 9 out of 10 times something will be missing. However each time I've come through he has gotten my order correct every single time and has not missed a single item! He also takes the time to mark the bags so it's easy for me to know what items they are without having to dissect it, lol. He is always on his own but he is on the ball. Food is always made to perfection! Never stale, fries are always perfect, tortillas are always soft, each time I've drove through has been a pleasant experience. Del taco is really lucky to have him as an employee. He's doing it all on his own and actually takes the time to provide perfect service all the way through. Some of you might thinK it's easy to get it all right when it's early in the AM and there's not a ton of customers to serve, however I have been through other drive thru's around the same time and let me tell you there's always some kind of issue. This is now my permanent early morning food run establishment. Not gonna bother with any other 24 hour or early morning drive thru. I can come here and know I will get fresh quality food, receive everything I ordered and perfect service...

So just got a meal from here I asked for ranch they told me that they charge for it I was like okay paid for the ranch went to the front to park to eat didn't have the ranch in there I went in there ask them for a ranch The manager there said that he put the ranch in there so I came back out looked in the bag there was no ranch I was bringing in my bag and I guess he just decides the stick his hand in my bag and look for the ranch which I tried to explain to him was in there he looked in the bag himself still wasn't in there and then when I go in there and ask for a refund he's talking to his employees and he says oh that's why it wasn't in there cuz they got the orders confused so at the end of the day most people don't waste their time for stuff like this should have not been that bad I would definitely try to reach out if there's a corporate or something like that to maybe inform them that you're not supposed to be putting your hands in people's bags looking through their food. And...

whoever works late night at this location are actual LEGENDS. i order from here. ill go pick it up when i have the option. id rather eat this over robertos, taco bell or mcdonalds. i like their fish taco. a fast food fish taco. I'll order extra chicken rollers to put in the fridge to air fry for lunch the next day (some of the best "taquitos" I've had, especially when you squeeze the del hot sauce on it.) every time i order from this specific location it makes me realize why del taco is better than taco bell. I had to call the store to get the persons name who made the order. it was that good. his name was Rico and he absolutely KILLED my order. give this man a raise, him and people like him are why I'm ordering from del taco. like look at this food guys, this was all under like $13 and made and delivered in under 30 minutes AT 5AM (EVEN ON UBER EATS) and it's all stuffed. people really sleep on del taco...
