Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This location is in a very nice area so I was shocked at the poor customer service by the two young ladies working 06/01/23 ( morning shift ) I have a Chia banana boost every day at various locations around the LV Valley. I had to circle back around to have them remake my smoothie. It was lacking all of the fruit. Mostly water and peanut butter. The young lady who made re made it was obviously mad that she had to remake it. WOULDN'T you know, even the 2nd time around she got it wrong. This time I am positive that she re made it badly on purpose. It was very gritty and I got very sick after drinking 1/4 of it. Huge liability to this location. These ladies need proper training and need to learn how to make each smoothie. She scooped in several scoops of powdery substance that now after tasting it, I'm positive it was not supposed to be in my smoothie. I had never had one that tasted so bad. 2 days later my stomach is still swollen and bloated. Please address these employees and properly train them to make smoothies and please train them on...

No stars for Tropical Smoothie off Charelston today! I really don't have the time to write a review but I am sooo mad that I just paid $17.00 for 3 smoothies that tasted horrible!! I usually get my smoothies at this particular location and even though service is slow they have done a good job with my smoothies in the past however I had a young lady remake me and my son's smoothie twice today and twice it was watery and tasted horrible!!! My son and I just had a few sips and threw them out. I should have just asked for my money back but it already took 10min to get my smoothies I just didn't have the patience and I didn't want to have to yell at her in front of everyone and my kids(not my style). If I could give it zero stars I would. Paid $30 for delivery cause I’m at work( very busy and be dry hungry) . I ordered a smoothie and a quesadilla. I only received the smoothie. Called and the guy on the phone asked another guy if he gave the driver my food. Asked to speak to a manager he said they can’t do anything about it. The driver has to go back. And they can’t refund. Obviously I can’t go it myself or I wouldn’t have had it delivered. This is completely ridiculous they can’t do anything about it.
