Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Giving such a low reading because the delivery driver that delivered my food today 2/14/2023 was beyond rude. I had pizza and chicken wings delivered to a business I typed in the suite number one place in the order approximately 15 to 20 minutes later a delivery driver call to ask what store number and the name of the store I gave that to him but luckily when he went to the wrong store I overheard the people at the store helping him find the correct store. He then went one store down and tried to drop my pizza off still on the phone with him I let him know that I was walking outside in the middle of a windstorm so I can find him. He came out of the store right next to me and told me that I was wrong when I told him the store name and the store number and then showed him my store is the store right next to the store he went into so if he would have walked approximately five steps he would have seen the correct store he should have dropped the food off at. He proceeded to yell at me while we are still outside in the cold while he is shoving my food in my hands he told me he knows everything and I know nothing when he shoved the receipt in my face to show me there was no store number I kindly let him know that I typed in a suite number it is not my fault if it does not show on his receipt. I wish I could take the tip that I left him back but I cannot since I ordered online I definitely will not be ordering from...

We ordered 2 of the "My Hut Boxes" with Pizza Melts and Honey BBQ Boneless Wings. When preparing the order, it appears the Boneless Wings are just placed into an open paper boat/cup and the BBQ sauce is poured on top. When the order arrived at the house, the sauce was spilled all over the cardboard box and the Pizza Melts themselves. The sauce also ran thru the edges of the box which we could not see until my wife placed the box on her lap. Now she was wearing the sticky Honey BBQ sauce on her white pants. We immediately attempted to wash out the sauce but no luck. Now the pants are ruined and have been thrown away. It's amazing to me that the Boneless Wings are not placed in a small "CLOSEABLE" box especially when being delivered! Such an epic design failure.

Anyway the Pizza Melts tasted okay after being reheated and the Boneless Wings were cold so we trashed them. It's hard to reheat Boneless Wings with sauce everywhere but it would've been nice to eat hot/warm when it arrived. Not sure if we'll be ordering Boneless Wings again if that's how they arrive. Ordered a time order at 857 am to be delivered at 1115 for a place of business right in their parking lot . 45 minutes later still no order for my employees, we ordered a timed order so we could begin our breaks during back to school rush . I called and asked where our food was , was told starting to come out of the oven and would be delivering shortly . The person on the phone asked if I could wait so they could talk to a manager I waited and waited finally the girl came back on the phone said mgrs said if we needed it now we could come get it ourselves first off it's 45 minutes late we are paying for delivery and now your customer service answer is come get it yourself and she also stated mgr is to busy she can't come to the phone .really?!! I am mgmt myself and no matter how busy I am I will take the moment for the customer to make it right she couldn't even do that to appear as if she cared to even have customers . I was hung up on twice trying to find out now if our order was going I be delivered or this mgr that shouldn't even be in charge decided to now make change us to carry out .
