Port of Subs — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Went in yesterday and had a terrible experience! First the lady snaps "I can't understand you with your mask on." Then, after I take it off to talk to her, says "You have to keep your mask on." I order my sandwich with Mayonnaise on both sides of bread and I watch as the lady grabs the Mustard and slathers it over lalf. I'm like, "Wait! I asked for Mayonnaise." so she goes, "Oh, you wanted Mayonnaise?" and proceeds to squirt Mayonnaise on top of the Mustard stuf. Then she quickly adds, "What other stuff do you want on it?" I would have had her remake it but there were people in line behind me and I didn't want an argument. How do they do it? How does a sub par sandwich place stay in business with mediocre service? It must be the franchise system that keeps them a float, but with places like Firehouse subs and even Subway near by, why would anyone come here? I guess the conversation would go something like this- Honey, I'm in the mood for a dry, kinda stale tasting bready sandwich without any real flavor. Just something real bland. Where sould we go? My husband went into this location for two large sandwiches this afternoon. No one else was in the restaurant and they weren’t busy. He ordered the first sandwich and after, Mariah, was done making it, she walked away without asking him if he wanted anything else. After he told her he needed another sandwich made, she gave him attitude for having to make it. She has HORRIBLE customer service for being a manager. If we knew us asking for two sandwiches was so “inconvenient”, we would have picked another place to eat. She shouldn’t be a manager if she’s going to treat people so poorly.
