So I have been going to this location for over 18 yrs. The only food I ever order is the bakery items. I finally decide to order a lunch item because it looked so dang good. They hand me my food items and one of my drinks Then the girl says you're all set like she gave me everything almost forgetting to hand me my other drink had I not said something to her. I get my other drink and drive away. I'm too excited to eat the food which was a tomato and mozzarella on focaccia. So as I am pulling away I open the bag it was in and it was nice and hot. Grabbed it expecting to be cut in half like the photo but it wasn't which is fine. I grab the sandwich and one side is flopping around empty with nothing in it but what looks like pesto and the bottom is wet and soggy. I open it up and there is literally a small piece of tomato and a little bit of mozzarella cheese melted and a bunch of the pesto in the middle. This is not what I paid for and I am very disappointed to say the least. Now I know why I never order food from here but instead only bakery items. I will be getting my money back and I dont want another sandwich this was the 1st and last experience with it. Thanks for ruining my lunch Starbucks now I just don't eat lunch. I can't go back because I have to work I was on a time limit and the drive-thru wait was long enough even though there was only one car and it was already at the window. I waited and waited just to tell them I had a mobile order. If they were super busy I wouldn't even be writing this review but they weren't busy inside or drive thru. Get it together y'all this was not a good visit not good at all. So annoyed...

Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short in delivering what Iāve paid extra for. Whether itās the caramel or the espresso shot, it feels like Iām being charged for something Iām not receiving. This has happened multiple times, and despite giving the store a chance to improve, nothing has changed.
Going forward, Iāve decided not to return to this location. Iād rather go somewhere that respects the customerās order and ensures they get what...
