Subway — Restaurant in Las Vegas

The manager at this place is horrible. My sister went to get food and this manager has a hard time understanding customers. She constantly yelled at my sister about what she just repeated and said it over and over again and gave so much attitude towards my sister. When my sister made little eye contact, the lady rolled her eyes at her and gestured her to hurry up even though only a second had passed.

Finallt at the end, my sister asked for a medium cup and this manager had to keep yelling at her, asking what a medium cup is!! Another employee helped my sister out and when my sister went to fill up the cup, the manager rushed in front of my sister with her cup and laughed right at her. I worked with employees who had trouble speaking/understanding English and I understand it can be frustrating, but why would a business put someone, who has trouble, on the front line who HAS to communicate with the customer?? Gosh, don't be so rude to customers who are trying to be patient with you and the opposite goes...

Came in tonight around 10:20pm to get sandwiches with my wife. Both women employees were extremely rude and couldn't even keep up with orders dye to laziness. When we walked in a doordasher just came in and they hadn't even started the sandwiches for the order which I'm assuming had been there for atleast 10 mins being a doordasher myself. On top of that the lady who served us had to ask 1000 times what we ordered and wanted on our sandwich. They forget half our stuff then lock the doors behind us as we leave, as we walk back up they both give us a disgusted look and already know they had missed half our order and could hear them complaining about it thru the door. Finally one lady opens the door and just throws us a bag while instantly shutting the door and locking it back. Pure idiocracy and laziness. New to the area. I worked out with two family members(3 of us). After, we wanted subway, so i googled one in the area and got this location. We walked in to order 2 salads and a sandwich and a worker came out the back stating that we cannot be in the store manager order, continuously asking the worker is there a problem did something just happen that i missed she stated she was sorry but we had to leave the store. I asked for the manager name, and the worker refused so i left. As i was leaving the worker took photos of my car. Being that we have NEVER been in here before i feel as if we we’re mistaken for somebody else. Like were we just racially profiled for NO REASON???? “NOT ALL AFRICAN AMERICANS LOOK THE SAME”. First time going through this type of situation and it’s very mind blowing.
