Greens and Grill is overpriced and misleading from the start. All I ended up with was feeling ripped off, with a stomachache and a headache to follow just thinking about the whole ordeal.

I have IBS and other gastric issues, so I need to eat light and clean. Given the name, that’s exactly the kind of experience I was hoping for—but what I received was far from it.

The first red flag: we walked in and no one was at the counter. It seemed like they didn’t even hear us come in, which isn’t necessarily a flaw, but it definitely felt sus—especially with a huge Now Hiring sign posted outside.

I was committed to eating vegan, and this place showed up in a vegan search. Unfortunately, they don’t offer much in that department—just four vegetarian options. One of them was an $18 kebab consisting of bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and zucchini. That price is hard to justify, even though it comes with salad and rice.

Instead, we ordered a side Greek salad and a side of rice. That alone totaled $17. I don’t know what kind of hustle they’re running, but they’re charging premium prices for what amounts to a Ziploc bag of romaine and two cups of rice.

The rice was drenched in some kind of fat, grease, or oil—far from the clean, simple food I expected. Sure, I could’ve specified vegan, but when I order rice, I assume it doesn’t come pre-buttered. The Greek salad was equally disappointing: the dressing didn’t resemble anything Greek, the onions tasted like they were from a clearance bin, and the toppings were laughable—three slivers of onion, a quarter of a tomato, one crumble of feta, and three olives.

It may look nice on the plate, but for anyone with dietary needs—or just common sense about value—this place...

We came here because of the great reviews but I have to wonder who exactly wrote these reviews after our first visit?

We immediately noticed a foul odor as we entered in the lobby area but decided to order anyway because we were hungry and there was nothing else open besides McDonald's. (later I wish we had gone to McDonald's instead!)

After ordering we noticed that we have been overcharged, even with the forced tip included.

We couldn't tell we had been overcharged because the receipt conveniently does not list the items that we ordered and we had to add them up using the menu and then add the taxes and forced tip to realize we had been cheated by the cashier. The 3.99 hot teas (hot water and a cheap tea bag in a Dixie cup) were charged at $5.99 each by the cashier, which again you can't tell because they won't show the items on the receipt. We had to investigate it ourselves with a calculator after we realized we've been overcharged.

Next, the food: mediocre, stale and overpriced for what you got. The only plus was that we completely lost our appetite by the awful smell in the lobby and ended up throwing everything away.

They also made us feel like they are doing us a favor by letting us dine in 40 minutes before closing.

When they brought us the food the guy just threw it at us and then threw a fistful of little ketchup packets on our table with no spoons or forks! We each had to go out and ask for utensils... I guess they were mad that they only got 18% tip when we ordered?

They Make you pay at least 18% tip when no service or food has been given to you yet!

Don't waste your time driving here. let them go down and let's have some real restaurants take their place.

Fail on food service...

Absolute fail on food, Service and dining experience. after visiting here I needed to go check the reviews to see why we were lured here by positive reviews when everything is so totally bad here including the arrogant kid-cashier thief. As expected, the good reviews are fake.

Check them out, All the good reviews are written by so-called local guides who have written hundreds of reviews for other places and obviously get paid to do so.

You can put this place out of its misery by simply not coming here, allowing for reputable people to open restaurants here.

Read the bad views and trust them!

Not only will you get ripped off by being overcharged for food that is already overpriced and forced 20% tips, you'll be given food and drinks which are not fit to eat and drink, not to mention air that is not breathable because of something rotting in the kitchen or Garbage that has not been thrown out in days, or some other issue with basic hygiene. We were also overcharged on top of the outrageous prices and forced tip (and the receipts don't tell you how much anything cost they just show the total for obvious reasons!) I think these people simply said hey let's get rich quickly here and fly by night... and this so-called restaurant...

My wife and I love Mediterranean food and this place is wonderful. The kebab’s here sit uncooked in the front area and are pulled out to be grilled when ordered. We have had the beef, chicken and vegetable kebabs and all were terrific. The beef, in particular, had a deep, rich flavoring which makes you savor every bit. The chicken is cooked well and remains super-juicy. The variety in the vegetable kebab sets it apart with squash, red and green peppers, a jalapeño and onions. We also had 2 smaller roasted tomatoes which were divine. The salad was good and the rice well prepared (not flavored, just plain, well cooked rice). The bread is fresh and the hummus rivals any other place I’ve ever been (including the Mediterranean to Jerusalem). Compared to a place like Meraki, would write that the beef has a better flavor and is cooked better and the hummus/bread is better with the rice being a notch below.
