I used to love this place but the last few visits the customer service has been horrible and this last time is the last straw! I placed an online order for the 2 egg breakfast that is supposed to come with your choice of bacon, sausage, etc. There is no option to select the meat so I added it in the special instructions. Instead of calling me while preparing the order they hand wrote on the box "no bacon because you didn't pay for it!" When I got home and discovering this I called and spoke with the server. She was combative and said well you didn't pay for it! I said ma'am there's no option on your online menu to add that bacon and she said well we don't handle the online part that's not on us! Well clearly it is a problem if it's causing orders to come in incorrectly. She said you can order the side of bacon and it'll be ready as soon as you get here she was rude and not understanding at all! When I arrived to pick up the bacon the lady at the front said right away, " yours isn't ready yet!" She never even asked my name or order so how would she know? She looked down and said, "Oh, it is ready now." The order was sitting there the whole time. She treated us completely different than the customers before us and it was very apparent that she is racist. She placed the change directly on the counter and not in my hand like everyone else. Their customer service & the way they handle customer problems is horrendous and I will NEVER go back...

This unique offering has garnered praise from patrons, with one reviewer describing it as “so delicious with the frosting side.”
The menu boasts a wide array of options, from classic American diner fare to inventive creations. Diners have enjoyed dishes such as the Eggs Benedict, with one customer noting the “flavor and taste of a home-made Hollandaise sauce,” and the BLT Waffle, a Belgian-style waffle with green onions and cheese in the batter, topped with a chicken tender, lettuce, bacon, and tomato.
Service at Jamm’s is the friendliness and efficiency. Guests have commended the staff for being “very friendly and outgoing,” contributing to an inviting dining experience.
While many reviews are positive, some patrons have noted that certain menu items can be on the greasier side, and prices may be slightly higher compared to other local options. However, the generous portions and quality of food often justify the cost for many visitors.
Overall, Jamm’s Restaurant remains a cherished establishment in Las Vegas, offering a cozy atmosphere, attentive service, and a menu that blends traditional comfort food with unique...
Read moreFirst and foremost I have been coming here for many years, almost as long as it first opened. When I arrived there were 4 open tables and I was asked to sit to be seated. I watched in amazement as the two staff members talked and scurried where to put us. Then when seated I asked for orange juice for me and my son, was thinking I would get the vat or craft that I could share. Well a kids cup came without asking, and the vat/craft. It was refilled once and with the two vat/crafts, and a kids cup I spent 20 dollars on orange juice. Service was terrible I sat and watched as our waitress talked and schmused with everyone but us, and only saw her to take order and give bill. My eggs sunny side up were cold in the middle. Burger patty I asked medium rare and came crispy and medium well very little pink, and no flavor. My girlfriends vegetable omelet came like soupy watery mess when cut into with a fork and loaded with so much cheese. Also the potatoes with peppers were crispy and charged as well. So to sum it all up, between the bad service and terrible food we will never come back. It is sad because this place was good up to some point. Now it is a disaster. 56 dollar bill with coffee, orange juice and omelet with home fries and two eggs and a hamburger patty. Sad, sad, sad, and more disappointing than I...
