Taco Bell — Restaurant in Las Vegas

In ordered 6 meals. One of them was a #7 chicken quesadilla with a taco. I specifically asked for no spicy sauce on it, as my daughter has Chron’s disease and it would make her ill. When I got home, she immediately told me she could not eat it, as they put the sauce on it even though we specifically requested them not to. I planned on just throwing it away and her eating the Taco... but there was no taco. We ordered a meal and only received 1/2 of it- so now all of my other children are able to eat- but not my daughter. At this time, we are home and it’s a school night, so driving 20+ minutes back then home again is not an option. I called the store, I spoke to the “manager” Sylvia. Not only did Sylvia not even offer an apology, she told me that I would have to drive back up there and turn in the order for a replacement. As I said before, driving back in the opposite direction 20 minutes, then coming all the way home- for a quesadilla... was absolutely ludicrous, so I asked her to refund the $6 off of my $40 order. She made up a lie and said she didn’t have the ability to issue a refund, even though their order taker made a mistake and did not notate the “no sauce” and their cook too made a mistake by not fulfilling the order and missed the taco. I told her that I lived far away, and there was a Taco Bell on the corner of my neighborhood, so I wasn’t going to drive all the way back to that store. I paid with a Debit Card, (which made it simple) so I felt I should be refunded the $6. She told me that if I wanted a refund, I had to drive over there to get it. When I told her that I was appalled by not only her attitude, but the lack of service and the her refusal to fix her Two workers mistakes made me want to talk to her manager- or I wanted the Corporate number. By this time, it wasn’t about the $6 or the mistake anymore- it was the complete disregard she had towards myself and the situation which made me livid. When I asked for her managers name and contact number, (because I myself have managed a restaurant and know fine and well that she could have re-open the check and issued a refund to my card), but her pride and ego wanted to make a point- I wanted to talk to her superior. She told me “her name is Elvia, but I’m not giving you her number”. When I again asked for corporate’s number, she hung up on me. I immediately called back, where they let the phone continuously ring. I’ve never experienced someone who holds a “manager” or even a Supervisor position act in such a way. Not only did she not know how to own up to the mistake and fix it, she did not know how to address a customer, or even resolve an issue in the slightest sense. This has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth, so I most likely will not eat at another Taco Bell again. On nights like these, where my kids are training in the gym and I don’t have time to cook, this would have been our “go to”-...

Taco Bell is very good you have to head for the Border you know when you go to Taco Bell you can always order extra cheese or extra onions on your bean burrito you can also usually get Mountain Dews that you can't get elsewhere different flavors than other places would have this was the originator of the Baja Blast also if you look on the app you're going to find meals that you don't find on the regular menu you're also going to get discounts you got to get the app furthermore when you go to Taco Bell you're not eating Mexican food you're eating American food based on Mexican food turned into fast food but it's good food but it's its own food it's not any country's food it's food from the land of Taco Bell but you know what Taco Bell is Taco Bell and every place can't be gordito tacos some places have to be Taco Bell on that's just how it is also when you go to Taco Bell don't forget that they have five or six different levels of sauce each one comes in its own packet as well some people would say the Taco Bell is no joke some people would say Taco Bell is the best of the best and are those people well they are the best of the best when it comes to fast food American tacos and I would say they are no joke so I guess it's true you can listen to Metallica's Die Die My Darling you can listen to Right Said Fred I'm Too Sexy you can listen to any song you damn well please when you're eating your Taco Bell you can even listen to Mexican music with heavy Bass but you do not want to listen to any music that was recorded before 1968 unless you have proper filtration for your speakers cuz you would gummed up while you're eating your McDonald's no furthermore what I like to do is I like to listen headphones when I am at Taco Bell however I find it kind of strains at Taco Bell is one of the only places that doesn't provide with the free Wi-Fi come on get with the times I better warm my...

Why else are my tacos having to be literally peeled off the paper like Velcro? The taco crumbles in your hand and you need a fork to eat it. And now, you place the order for pickup.. Instead of giving you the cup to fill the drink when you get there .. They full it for you and put a sticker over the lid and hole. You can't get a straw in there because the adhesive won't come off. You have to take it from a plastic cup, remove the lid and drink it or pour it into another cup.. If you are taking it home. If you eat in the car.. god help you!

If you place an order for pickup and go while in the store and they still seal the bag while calling your name, they got your order wrong. Check it! They're using the bag sealing now as an excuse to send out your orders screwed up and think they can get away with it

This store said they no longer carry regular MTN dew.... Therefore... They get no stars!
