07/16/2022 - The ladies out did themselves today. Kudos to the cooks in the back and the friendly service in the front. Get them Queens out of this heat and cover up that big sun window. The chicken wings and fries were even better today. Perfect 💐
07/09/2022 Thank you for bringing a new chicken spot to our community. The good-looking family running the establishment were friendly and helpful. Thank you, Eileen. Your eye makeup game is pretty. They have a nice selection of items on the easy-to-read large menu. The inside is clean and spacious with a couple of tables and chairs for guest. Friendly suggestion: The large glass window needs a sun shield as soon as possible. Especially if the front is going to be a waiting or small dining area. The sun shines to bright and hot to remain inside and be comfortable. Besides a variety of chicken meals, they have catfish, shrimp, grits, and waffles to name a few. There only beverage is Kool-aid at $3.00 a cup. A tad expensive but what isn’t these days. We ordered 12 lemon pepper wings with fries ($17.00 before tax) cooked just right. The meal portions are large enough for two people and was delicious and satisfying. They have a large selection of dry and wet seasonings. The dip for the wings had no flavor but was a nice serving amount. The large meaty drumettes and flats were fried to a golden crispy brown on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. A few more sprinkles of lemon pepper seasoning would have given the wings that extra kick of flavor that was missing. The fries are a good size and not greasy. My family and friends are looking forward to trying all the yummy looking meals. Welcome to the...

Those go- to restaurants are a need especially if you find solace in food such as I do. Comfort foods come in all shapes and sizes depending on what type of Comfort you need. Sometimes the comfort is something that will completely indulge your taste buds making you forget for a brief moment what got under your skin.
Upon entering was greeted. We were pressured with asking if we were ready if we knew what we wanted ( bare in mind, i was in here less than 3 minutes, with a toddler and you know they are very indecisive). This was my absolute first time in here, so I needed a couple of minutes to decide flavors/ and whether wings or tenders or both. And your fries are flavored too, so I needed to make sure my order was going to bring happiness.
Opted for the Mango Habenero Tenders, Sweet Honey Tenders, Parmesan Wings, Fried Oreos, and Parmesan Fries. I will say this, the Fried Oreos is why I'm giving a 3 star. They were fabulous. I should have def got more of those. At the time they only had Red KoolAid and water for beverages.
Interior is quaint. There a could of table and chairs. Everything was very clean. The chicken art caught my attention. Made me think of my previous boss who had me to build up an entire private line of CBM for him. Lol ( IYKYK)
Would recommend- pricing is the inflation part of life. I just wish the customer service wasn't so off putting. Or maybe I was here on the wrong day and time.
Location is Lamb/Washington- ample parking but it does get very...
Read moreWell, first off, the labels are confusing to me. Says plate but the plate doesn't come with any sides. It's just a plate. I was asked if I was "high" because I didn't understand their labels being as such. Disrespectful #1. Also I thought the food would be golden brown. Cooked in fresh oil. Doesn't look like they change oil every day. Wings were dark dark brown . Gizzards, same thing. Dark brown. Everything I guess is cooked in the same old grease. My first time there . Probably my last. Don't be Disrespectful to someone who doesn't know the way your menu works. It's totally different from all other menus . DO NOT go here. You'll be better cooking yourself. Let them keep disrespecting themselves...
