Timbers Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I've had breakfast here many times. Always outstanding. Yesterday I was looking for fish and chips. I came across Timbers. Never entered my mind. I ordered 2 orders to go. When I arrived for pick up. Told them my name and about 30 seconds later a pretty young lady came out with a well wrapped bag and said everythings in their. When I got home, opened the bag, there was cold slaw, tarter sauce, lemon wedges, and 2 styrofoam containers with what I would have to call the most outstanding fried fish filets that I have had in a long time. Until I picked them up. I then thought these were the biggest fried fish fillets I have had ever. Until I dipped and bit into one. I then thought these were the most delicious fried fish filets I have had since I could remember. I've always had great breakfast there. I will now eat there more for lunch and dinner. I've never been disappointed. Except for the last time I had breakfast there. It was still good but I was told they did not do the blueberry pancakes any longer. We have given this place, the azure location, multiple chances to get food right on delivery orders. Everytime there is something wrong. This last time, and by last I mean we won't be ordering delivery or going in again, they added chicken to a cheese quesadilla. Some people don't eat meat at all. Not a small mistake. Add to that that the chicken was cubed which is not how chicken should be included on a quesadilla. Sliders beef has absolutely no seasoning at all and no sauce at all, I will say that their menu doesn't say it does, which is very odd to me. We will absolutely not be ordering from them again. This was the last straw and like I said we have given them 4 or 5 opportunities to redeem themselves and they always fail. Breakfast Visit. Establishment: clean and open. Lots of walk space between tables. Lighting is dull and dim. A few tables had a good amount of lighting; otherwise perfect amount of lighting and Tv screens for a sports bar type of outing and a burger and beer.

Food: Ordered the “Baby Bear Breakfast”. Over easy eggs were on point along with the hash-browns. Two Bacon strips were the perfect amount of thickness and delicious. Buttermilk pancakes were also good; and I never eat all of my pancakes at any restaurant.
