On 19 Oct 2024, my wife and I were heading to a new brunch restaurant; however, when we arrived at that location, we discovered that they stopped serving breakfast and only offered a lunch menu. This was a bummer because I was looking forward to trying this fast-casual restaurant, but I was in the mood to have some eggs, bacon, etc...so we opted to leave and try to find another restaurant. Since it was getting late in the day, I didn't want to spend too much time researching for another brunch location so I just searched for a restaurant within a 5-mile radius - Bros Breakfast and Lunch popped up and I just drove to it because they had good reviews and I was already getting the hangry spells.
We arrived with ~58 minutes to spare before the restaurant closed for the day. Considering how late it was, I was shocked to see how busy it was to include two other parties that arrived after us, but then, this is typical for Las Vegas restaurants. We only waited for less than 10 minutes before we were escorted to our table. Just like any visit to a brunch location when you're starving, everything on the menu sounded really good. We ended up ordering the Spanish Omelette w/Homemade Potatoes and English Muffin; Protein Omelette w/Hash Browns and Wheat Toast; Side of Bacon, and Coffee Pancakes. Everything tasted magnificent and this restaurant definitely does not let you leave hungry. The Coffee Pancakes were out of this world - I normally enjoy traditional style pancakes but since we both love coffee, we gave it a shot...I/we were thoroughly impressed.
The service was outstanding! Our primary server, Jessica, did an extraordinary job during our visit. She was highly attentive, efficient, and very friendly. The food was prepped and delivered at a rapid speed - I was appreciative of this because of how hungry I was. The décor was nice and the layout was functional/safe for customers. There were times that I could smell a foul odor (similar to a sewage smell)...and I know for a fact it wasn't coming from me (I showered and had adequate deodorant on). That was the only slightly unpleasant experience that I endured during this visit.
The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was reasonable. I especially respect this business for their continued support to the members of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans - thank you for that! This was a good, last-minute find for us, and I highly recommend this restaurant...

Now, my wife and I have been here several times, and I can see what the fuss is about. You're greeted by a friendly face the moment you walk in. There are times they get busy so they'll take your name and number. You can sit in your car and wait (or better yet, visit the Love Store next door: Lots of fun to be had! ). They'll text when your table is ready. Often, you'll get seated right away.
The menu is diverse. Breakfast, lunch, and even dinner items (though they close at 3:30 pm), all at reasonable prices. My wife immediately fell in love with their Chipotle Chorizo Eggs Benedict. It's quite surprising because she normally doesn't care for eggs benedict. They do this right, though. Eggs cooked well. Chorizo (sausage) just the right spice. And the chipotle hollandaise sauce? Heck! I order it every time I'm here, on the side, regardless of what I'm having: It's THAT good!
I've had biscuits and gravy (thick, rich biscuits, flavorful gravy), Texas Corned Beef sandwich (not as spicy as I would have thought/hoped, but it really was tasty!), and even regular pancakes. The latter I'm normally not a big fan of, but if a place can make those right... And YES, Bros can!
Service is quick and super-friendly. I want to call out waitress Stephanie who is super-amazing!
Drink refills are plentiful. They even have a small alcohol selection including sangria!
There are plenty of places to choose for breakfast. This one is a step above. It's different than the chains. It has food the others don't. It's not super-expensive. It tastes GREAT! We'll be back...

We’ve heard a lot of good things about this spot, so we were excited to finally give it a try. We came at noon on a Sunday which was likely a mistake - we were told it would be a 30 minute wait but it actually turned into a 50 minute wait. Though once we sat, the service was fast. Overall, it was a good experience, and we’d definitely come back at a less busy time to try more of the menu.
What We Tried: • Chilaquiles (with Salsa Verde) – The stand out dish of the morning. This was one of our favorites we’ve had in Las Vegas. We didn’t get it with any meat and it was still really good and not too spicy. Great flavor and balance. The refried beans were a nice touch. We’d definitely come back and try this again with a meat option to fill out the flavors.
• Monte Cristo Sandwich – This one was just okay. A bit dry and disconnected as a dish. A true Monte Cristo should be fully assembled, dipped in batter, and browned all over - giving it that rich, crispy edge on every bite. This one felt more like French toast slices that they just used to prep a sandwich. Also, it typically comes with some kind of jam on the side (raspberry or strawberry) but none came with it. There were Smuckers jelly packets on the table, so we made do, but again… it’s the little details that elevate a dish like this.
Final Thoughts:
Decent overall. Not everything hit perfectly, but nothing was bad either. Definitely worth a second visit to try some other dishes and see what...
