This is PHO to the next level!!! They use a clean reverse osmosis water filter system with all their food! You can really taste the freshness compared to other Pho places...I loved the Thai Tea, I absolutely enjoyed the 2 types of Pho, except the meatballs was a weird texture factor for me and the pork in the Spring rolls was too much for me, I'll veggie next time. When I say next level, I was wondering how they made their oysters taste so amazing; like compared to NYC fresh water oysters! That's when I saw on their screen they use a Clear blue water system. Now that is next level, restaurant consumer appreciation moment! Please thus this place a try, I love how family oriented they are, the employees seem so happy and heartfelt. It's so important to keep a kind business like this running during these hard times. They went the extra mile and prepared for covid cleanliness, great lighting and nice eating distance. It will definitely take adjusting since our area doesn't have Pho around, beats having to drive all the way to a hole in the wall in China Town. You can literally taste Vegas water & if they reused their batch from last night and mixed in some new stuff...I'm excited to try more on the menu, I pray God they bring in Off the hook Boba lol Come in open minded and you will be so satisfied.

We were told this place has been under new management for about three months (Aug 2025?). The restaurant was clean and the décor looked freshly updated, which was nice to see. Service wasn’t terrible, but once our food came out, no one checked on us—we were just brought the check at the end. Sadly, the food just wasn’t what it used to be. The tendon in my pho was rock hard and couldn’t be chewed or swallowed, the peanut sauce was watered down to a literal liquid, and my vermicelli pork bowl tasted mostly like fish sauce. Even the pho broth was more salty than flavorful, missing that deep, rich taste that used to make this place special. I was really bummed because this used to be one of my favorite local spots. I won’t be coming back—it might be worth driving a little further toward the strip for a truly good bowl of pho. It might be someone else’s cup of tea, but it’s definitely not my families anymore.

5/10 tasted like salt soup. Hidden credit card fees. The place seemed very, very clean and the staff was very friendly. I've never not finished a pho or didn't take it to go until here, unfortunately. I got the combination pho, and all of the meats looked weird and had a weird texture. It didn't have very many pieces either way. The broth looked good, but it was very salty, even without any added sauces. I could barely get my third bite down. There were also added credit card fee charges that weren't really told about whenever checking out. They also brought the Chopsticks and Spoon in a plastic bag, which I think is a total waste of a plastic bag.

Mood- Celebration

Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to a table. Was given the option of scanning the QR code or using the menus that are on the table. You know this Covid way of life. Have to be safe at all cost. Drink order was taken.

Opted for the Pho Chin Gau Bo Vien, Egg Rolls, Chicken Fried Rice, Thai Tea, & Bun Thit Nuong. Honestly My highlight was the Pho and The Bun Thit Nuong. The portions were good, and the flavor was well put together. One thing that I thought was neat, all of the utensils came wrapped in plastic to ensure safety. I have never seen that before. I usually eat with Chopsticks and those came in an extra wrapping as well.

Interior is fairly large. Several table and chair arrangement. A TV adorned the wall, and music was playing in the background. Everything was very clean. Staff was wearing masks to ensure good ol safety. I came later as they were near closing, however I was able to order and sit down to enjoy my food.

I will admit after reading some of the reviews I was hesitant on what to expect. But I think it is like life, some days are good, some days are bad. It is up to you to explore and find your happy medium. Today was a good day for me with the food and service I received. When I go out and entertain different establishments my review/rating - is based on the whole experience. Food/Service/Cleanliness/ - price point & portions are a variable but not a determination.

Would most def recommend- pricing to me was typical. Staff was very hospitable and courteous. My table was well taken care of. The restaurant is going to add more items to their menu. This has piqued my curiosity. I will def...

I have given this pho place 2 times. They make one of the best spicy broths I've had, and really didn't want to have it end up being consistently bad. But they give you spoiled meat. The first of the two times I ordered I was made sick, literally had to go to the doctor sick. This last time I didn't even try because of the way the meat looked. I ordered the second time in hopes the time it made me sick was a one off. The meat is BROWN in places... so it spoiled, or left in unsafe temperatures to oxidize. BE CAREFUL with this place.

Edit to reply to restaurant owner: I am disabled and can't come by the restaurant, which is why I use the delivery service. You shouldn't assume everyone is able bodied, that's quite closed minded.

Also, I've ordered rare beef pho from several places all over the city, and yours is the only one that shows up looking like that, so while I can appreciate you're trying to stand up against what you feel is an unjust review, your logic is flawed. If an establishment significantly further than you can have beautiful, untainted rare beef delivered to me with it "cooking in the heat or next to the steamed rice and broth", so can you.

My review, and my...
