Update: Came by to grab some food however they were shutting down for the night as they had run out of food. However, as I've stated previously, the owner is super nice and only had three or four sausages left so and two empanadas so we took those and they were absolutely phenomenal. Can't wait for the next time we see them as we'll arrive a little bit earlier so that way we can order more!
We recently visited a cluster of food trucks at the corner of Deer Springs and North Durango, where a brand-new truck caught our eye. Intrigued, we decided to try it, and it was a fantastic decision!
The owner was friendly and welcoming from the moment we ordered. While he prepared our food for dinner, we shared stories, making the wait an enjoyable part of the experience. Soon, the tantalizing aroma of our meals filled the car, heightening our anticipation while we drove home.
When we dug in, we were amazed. Every bite burst with bold, flavorful goodness. The rice was exceptionally delicious, and the chicken was so good that my wife didn't share any leftovers! This was easily one of the best food truck meals we've ever had.
We learned that the owner has been serving incredible food in the area for 13 years, originally behind the hospital. Thanks to a new recommendation, food trucks can now set up in this empty parking lot, a perfect location.
This food truck is now a staple on our go-to list. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out. Check out the photos; you won't be disappointed. We'll definitely be back!
