Dear Einsteins,
I just wanted to write to you to say how much I enjoyed my recent visit to your restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Miki was especially helpful in providing us with local information, and she was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Einsteins to anyone looking for a great place to eat, either in-store or to go.

Miki was very helpful and friendly, and she went out of her way to make sure that we had a great experience. She even gave us some recommendations for local attractions. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. I felt like I was in a warm and cozy place, even though I was just there for a quick bite to eat.

The price of the food: The prices were beyond reasonable, considering how good it was. We were very happy with the value for our money. We spent less than $60 for 12 bagels, two tubs of cream cheese, some coffee, and the roast beef sandwich. The hours of operation: Einsteins is open from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week. The availability of parking: There is plenty of parking available in the parking lot, but one space was feeling a little bit tight. The cleanliness of the restaurant: The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Any special features or events that the restaurant offers: Einsteins offers a variety of breakfast and lunch specials, as well as catering services.
I also wanted to add that we went earlier on a weekday, and there was a line, but the staff processed everyone quickly and proficiently. Everyone seemed to be smiling and happy, even though they were working. We were simply there to pick up some food to bring it home, but we were so impressed with the experience that we decided to stay and eat in.

Read moreI have never experienced service so bad that I wanted to take time out of my busy day to post a review about it. I walked into Einstein bagels on N. Durango and ordered a bagel with cream cheese to-go for my son. I got to the cashier to pay and not even a hello, just chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese? I proceeded to put my credit card in and the machine quickly prompts me I select a tip amount. Interestingly, there is not an option to put no tip or custom tip so I attempted to select $1 but accidentally hit $3. I asked the cashier (an older woman, a bit overweight with glasses) if she could correct it for me. She said no, it already went through. I firmly told her that I only bought a bagel, I want to tip $1, and I want a refund for the rest. She angrily pulls out $3 from the tip jar next to the register and shoves it in my face. I said oh, I only wanted $2 back. She hands me $2 and quickly turned away. In a loud voice so the staff can hear, I said YOUR WELCOME, I just tipped you $1. No thank you, she just walked away. I asked the young cashier working next to her if the manager on duty is available. She said that the rude woman was a manager, and the other women at the other end taking orders was another manager. I walked to the other end to report the rude manager to the other manager and she simply says she will talk to her about it. Read moreThis location seems to be mismanaged. I had placed an online order for 7:10 am this morning, and the order wasn't ready even by 7:40 when I decided to leave. Many other online customers had the same issue this morning. The staff claimed that they could not cancel an online order, we have to cancel it. Unless you have made an account, us customers can't cancel the order either. I demand my refund of $53.71. I was late for work, I didn't get my food, or the food I promised my co-workers. Anything less than a full refund would be a case of this location stealing my money.
update: I would like to give an update, 3 days later, I have not recieved a reply to my complaint to your "contact" center. I still haven't recived a refund. when are you going to give me my money back?
update 2: I got a response from the contact center. They said it should take 7 - 10 business days to see my money refunded. Overall, I was and still am disatisfied with my service. Things may have been different if i had my money promptly returned to me. I will no longer support...
