My recent (May 18, 2025) experience with Papa John's was a mixed bag. The delivery person, though confused as to how to find my home, was very mannered but the service and delivery experience could be improved." Once he found me and gave me my pie, I went inside and opened the box to find EVERY SINGLE TOPPING piled in the corner of the box like a mountain of cheese and veggies. The pie is room temperature at best. I made a call into the physical location, the person that answered the phone ended up actually being the manager. Everything started off well. I explained everything to him in detail. We both laughed because the shit is funny. Like how does this even happen?! The manager then offered 3 options as to how we can correct the situation. He then reiterated two more times minimally, he was offering me options x 3. Here is where everything goes left. I chose option #3 and he kept telling me and suggesting to me what he THINKS and FEELS I want. This is when I asked him if his FEELINGS had been a part of the options that he initially forgot to mention because I was confused as to how all of a sudden HIS FEELINGS matter. Once he confirmed my order, he exclaimed dayum and utter the amount that I'd just tendered. I replied exactly that's why this is a problem. To end this long story, he repeatedly ignored my option choice and insisted on issuing me what he wanted me to have. My problem is that he should NOT have given me OPTIONS if they're not real and whatever he FEELS like I wanted is what he should have offered as a solution. This behavior is extremely degrading, not trustworthy not to exclude disrespectful. I don't recommend this location and am never ordering with them again

Taste and Ingredients: The pizza ingredients appears to fresh, however, I hand to manipulate them with a fork as they were a mountain in the corner of the box
Negatives: Delivery Issues: My order took longer than expected, and the delivery driver did not contact me beforehand.

Read moreI’ve been ordering from Papa Johns from Lauderdale Lakes for a while now, and service USED TO be good, until recently. This isn’t the first time it’s been happening to me, but this store always arrange my toppings wrong. I would want my toppings to be half and half on pizza and the employees failed to do that. Today I decided to order the heart pizza and the pizza was small and it was only for $20!! It’s a rip off. Plus the pizza wasn’t even hot, my toppings are wrong AGAIN, and the heart isn’t even in a nice shape. My father would always pick up the pizza for me, but this time we were angry about how small the pizza for ONLY $20 and that pizza was cold. So I decided to return the pizza back because it’s a waste of money. I had to stand outside because it was in the night and I told the girl (she seems like the manager) if there’s a way I could get my money back, she asked me “what’s wrong with the pizza?” and had like a shady look at me, and I told her the issue and I’ve been waiting for ever to get the money back, and when I got the money, I took the money and told her thanks and she was still giving me that shady look when I walked away from the window. Papa John’s customer service REALLY needs to do better, it seems like they’re illiterate like they don’t know what to do, always got my orders wrong. Read moreI don't know what happened to this place but I can definitely remember it being better years ago. I ordered 10 pc chicken poppers and 8 pc garlic parmesan wings and waited an hour before I called the store to see where the delivery driver was, had to wait 5 mins before someone got on the phone and when they did I was put on hold for another 5 mins so I hung up, called again and finally talk to someone and was told the driver was on the road so I said ok and hung up. 10 mins later the driver pulls up, hands me my order and I check the 2 boxes and both are 10 pc chicken poppers! So I ask the driver what happened to the wings and he says they mustve gave him the wrong order. I take the 10 pc chicken poppers and tell him it's unacceptable that I paid money and waited all this time and my orders not right. He apologizes and goes to call his manager and comes back and offers me some 8 pc hot wings that probably belong to some other poor customer still waiting on their food. I told him I didn't want it and told him to go back to the store to get my wings or I would come up there personally. He left and it took him 25 mins to come back with my wings. By this time I'm over it so I just took the wings and he apologized again which was cool but I really wasn't trying to hear it. Needless to say the wings were half cooked and nasty. Overall this is probably the worse papa johns in my area, I thought the pizza hut by my house was terrible but oh no...this takes the cake. I will never order from here again and probably not...
