Asados El Paisa Broward — Restaurant in Lauderhill

Horrible services, start with the fact that as we walked in the restaurant we waited a good 10 minutes for someone to even show up the the front of the restaurant when we arrived, The waiter John Freddy showed up without saying a word, we asked for menus for the both of us, he only gave us one, never told us to seat or ask if we wanted to order to go or ANYTHING, we sat down he stayed behind the counter, I had to get up and asked for another Menu, still never approaching out table, my Husband had to get up again and look for him to order some appetizers, 2 Empanadas which took 20 minutes, he came dropped them off and walked away (again without saying one word) we had to ask him to come back so we could order out food, which yes took another 20-30 minutes, the meat of the burger was alright but the tomatoes where green and hard not juicy at all, and the game to look for him Began once again when we wanted to ask for the check and once again to pay, let me give you the picture restaurant closes at 11 we came in at 9, restaurants empty, literally not one customer, and yet the waiter was never around, never offer any kind of service, we really wanted Colombian fast food and it was raining outside so we had to deal with the situation otherwise we've walked out from the begging. Too sad knowing this place was great...

I am extremely careful when I give 1 star to restaurants since I understand this can really hurt small businesses. Gave this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, people will always complain so i decided to go anyway. It's unfortunate restaurants are not consistent. This place was really good when it opened, however, this will be my last time... This review is based on their professionalism and time as we didn't even get to eat the food. 3pm on a Sunday, only 1 table (2 people which, is us) we proceed to order 2 hotdogs, nothing else... Not crazy, not a busy day.. we waited 20 mins and a couple entered to order lunch to go... Ok... 40 minutes later, their food (which was ajiaco and more elaborated food) was ready but not ours. We went ahead and cancelled the order, not a single apology, without a care in the world. Yea.. i wouldn't recommend this place.

Sad thing is, this isn't the first review about it and owner replies to other reviews apologizing... So clearly they know but I don't think they care much as the same attitude is still observed. Hopefully they...

Restaurant was empty and food took forever!! When the food finally arrived….it was horrible. Our burgers had a funky smell to them. I couldn’t get passed the first bite. On top of that, the burger buns were so much bigger than the meat. It was our first time here and will not be coming back….we sincerely wanted to give this place a try. One more thing I want to point out, the men’s restroom need attention to cleanliness and maintenance, loud pipes seems to want to burst when you turn on faucet to...
