This has to be one of the WORST McDonaldâs Iâve ever encountered with. They have the WORST customer service ever. The cashier is incompetent and clueless. The managers are rude and inconsiderate. I went through the drive-thru this morning, and I ordered my meal. I have the mobile app which I am a loyalty member. I had a code that I gave to the cashier. When I got to the window to pay for my food they informed me that I owed $10 for my meal. I am a loyal customer and have been coming to McDonaldâs for years.I showed the cashier numerous times that my meal was for $5.49. She entered the code and when I asked her much she stated it was $10+. If I wanted to pay $10 I wouldnât have used the app. She then called her manager who had a disgusting attitude with me. I kept showing them my phone where it clearly said they used my code and my meal was supposed to be $5.49 +tax. The manager preceded to tell me that her drive thru was backed up, and why canât I just pay it, itâs only $10.Why would I pay that when they used my code for a discounted meal. I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER return to the lackluster environment. McDonaldâs needs to do better in selecting people who manage their establishments.    Read moreduring my visit i had more than an unpleasant experience with a manager named tami/ tammy. i am highly disappointed in the performance of the team as well as the service provided by them. upon entry i was greeted by tami/ tammy the manager correcting a team member about her ability to handle an interaction with a delivery driver, just for her to turn around and do the same thing to the next person. iâm not sure how the team is going to be able to handle high stress situations with customers if the managers cannot lead by example. when it came to my order i had to go through extra steps to verify i confirmed my order when the poole in front of me didnât. when i asked why this was i was told that it was âcompany policyâ. however, this policy obviously didnât apply to the dashers ahead of me and then only difference between us being race. iâd hope that a person belonging to my community and probably the community this establishment is in wouldnât treat another community member based on stereotypes we all know are misleading and untrue. i find it interesting that young african americans have to go through extra verification processes that other people do not. itâs very hurtful that it was assumed that i was goi by to âstealâ from a place that i have stocks and shares in. i would think that would be a bit counterproductive to âstealâ from a company that i have vested interest in. i sincerely hope that there is a retraining on all behalf or corrective action on how to treat customers and associates such as delivery drivers to make this a smooth and easy process for us all. this is highly disappointing and unacceptable behavior ESPECIALLY...

I ordered from the app and came to pick it up in drive through, a lady answered and then proceeds to tell us to wait so she could check the order. We waited and waited until she came back thinking itâs another customer and greeted us again totally forgetting about us. Then she tells us to pull up to the second window, she asked us what we ordered I showed her, she took my phone to punch in the order, and then tells us to pull up and wait until itâs ready. We do as we were told there was a car in front of us that got tired of waiting and stormed off as well. We waited 15 minutes but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and then 16 became 30 plus minutes. Other cars start to pull up and no one gave them their food either. She charged my card but she was no where to be found. We gone back to the window and there was another lady, we honked but she acted like she didnt hear us. We waited 30 plus minutes for only four things that they couldn't provide. We went to the drive through again and we seen the lady that took us before just sitting down on her phone. And then another lady answered and we told her what happened but she clearly didnât care at all. We told her that they charged us already and she told us to call someone else. This whole situation couldâve gone down more professionally. They couldâve told us from the beginning that they couldnât do the order instead of keeping us waiting with nothing and not giving us any updates.
