4AM LOUNGE BAR AND GRILL INC — Restaurant in Lauderhill

I came here for brunch and honestly left disappointed. Upon arriving, the hostess asked if we had reservations (we didn’t), and she suggested we sit at the bar. When I looked inside, the place was nearly empty with plenty of booths and high tops available, so I requested a table instead, which she did honor.

The food itself was good, but the service was highly disappointing. Our waitress took a long time to bring both food and drinks. Halfway through our meal, we realized the complimentary mimosas never came.We eventually had to ask the guys behind the bar to help us, and they brought them over. Later, I let our waitress know that we were stepping away to the restroom. When we came back, the mimosas we had barely started drinking were gone, and only our food and Sprite were left at the table. She also seemed to cater more to the booth behind us than to our table.

To make things worse, there were no napkins at our table so I had to grab some myself, and the music was blasting so loud at 3pm that we had to yell just to talk. Then, when it came time to pay, her digital keypad wasn’t working, and she suggested we get up and walk over to the POS system to settle the bill.

Overall, the food was enjoyable but the atmosphere and service left a lot to be desired. Definitely not the relaxing brunch experience I...

On top of following the progress this couple has made on social media which led to us coming to try out the place! The couple that owns this establishment finally reached their goals! Everything about this Grill is wonderful! The food is honestly top tier compared to the prices and the bartender was so kind even with a packed bar, the ladies working there are so genuine as well, you can tell everyone cares about the place, which is such a good sign! They took the time to explain the menu to us and ugh there’s so much I could say..it was such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend the...

Overall good needs some work, dj lost speakers on half of club, everything was OK a bit pricy but ok. The one new bartender in the middle and the waitress were awesome great customer service attentive and on point. The food is good depending on what you order (I recommend wings). Overall three stars don't like the following. Don't call yourself 4am if you close at 320am Pricy for what you order Don't like the security forcing you to close out and making you feel uncomfortable NO LAST CALL WAS EVER ANNOUNCED
