Food isn't that great I order it cause of the convenience but last night I made an order and ordered family pack A while trying to make the order the lady that took my order was yelling at someone in the background and kept asking me what I said because she was too busy yelling at everybody in the background once I got the order it wasn't what I ordered I called them up and they can told me they were out of it then they made a mistake on the flavor soda we chose they didn't want to replace that so from this point on I will not order from this place anymore. they didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me that they were out of the order that we made they just replaced it with whatever they wanted and didn't want to fix it. They stated that they called me I never received a call they never left a message I was stuck with food that nobody ate!! I worked too hard for my money to waste it because they don't want to fix their errors!!!
Update Sept 29, 2009: they had a 2 star review from before If i could give them a 0 star I would!! This place customer service sucks. We made an order over the phone to pick up (we had a hard time keeping the guys attention while making the order) when we got the order it was such a large order that things where missing i called them back and they told me that they put everything in there (that i was a liar) they would not fix the order and they called the cops on her! While she was there they where ignoring her and answering all phone calls i called while she was there they wouldn’t answer my call and then finally when they realized that i wasn’t going to stop he answered my call put me on hold and then pick up my call (not to talk to me) and then pretended like i was the police for my child to get scared even pressed the redial button and started talking to me like i was the police and then hung up on me like he was saying bye to the police!! Dumb @$$!! They just lost a customer we will never step a foot in their store! they are not very smart cause we drop at least $70 every...
Read moreI’ve eaten at this place 3 times and twice was fantastic but one time had me thinking I ordered from the wrong place it was so terrible. The reason for 2 stars is the woman that answers the phone.. she’s rude, talks more than listens and needs customer service training. I understand that place can get busy and customers can be rude but you couldn’t take it out in order customers. I called to remind that last time my order was missing my crispy noodles (it’s just .60 but still) and the delivery kid told me to just remind when I order again and they will give it to me. When she answered I said just that and she started screaming I never ordered noodles(I did), I had another problem another problem not that( I did but that was my mistake ordering rib tips not spare ribs.. still ate it), that was over a month ago(it wasn’t.. order date 5/3/22 and it was 5/31/22) I see your whole order and I know. Hire do you expect us to remember that. I told her she was wrong and when she realized she said I’ll do it this one time but not again.. like it’s my fault 🙄 I said I also want the sugar on the side on my donuts (which I did put in the special notes) and she said I know, I can read and I always read the notes.. which she didn’t and I didn’t get it my way. A 10 second conversation ended taking15 minutes since I barely had her attention on the phone. Then adding insult to injury instead of just charging me $52 she accidentally charged me $520. The woman is rude and I don’t think I’ll be eating there again...

I ordered online and stated I wanted my son to pick it up on his way home from work. 20 minutes after I got a confirmation of the order they call to say that he needs the actual card with him. I tell them I have the card at home and to change it to delivery instead since they said they can't charge the card without getting it in person. After an hour of waiting, I call to find out when they were coming and was told that he was packing the food and leaving and would be here in 20 mins. 30 minutes after we hang up, I call back and they answer the phone saying "we closed" and I then spent 20 minutes arguing with them to cancel the 2 hour ago order and refund the money that my bank already has as a pending charge. 15 minutes after hanging up, the driver comes with cold food that I refused to accept and they call back and tell me 'heat it up in the microwave'. After sending the driver back with the cold ass food, I told her either refund it or be reverse charged as fraud since I did not receive anything. WORST SERVICE EVER!! Even the driver tried to throw the food at me. Horrible...
