Cajun Seafood Boil — Restaurant in Laurel

Mehhhh. Not understanding why so many 4 and 5 star reviews. Ordered from here through Doordash back in December. It was okay however, I didn't receive the potatoes or corn and barely any seafood when compared with our 2nd combo (same kind). I called and the male I spoke to tried to tell me he personally checked my order and it was correct. Ummm, no sir I'm looking at it and you are wrong. Fast forward to today. Wanted a seafood boil so I went here in person and ordered (not realizing it was the spot from December until I looked up my previous order). Well, now I will remember this spot and will not return again. Cream of crab soup had no creamy nor crab; runny sauce with onions and crab strings. The combo #2...the good is the shrimp is devained and potatoes and corn are delicious. The rest tasted like it had been soaking in water then tossed with a semi decent spicy sauce. The seafood literally tasted like water. Crab legs were soft and no flavor. Shrimp, no shrimp flavor.Many other better spots are in the area. The food is great. This would be a 5 star review if not for poor service. I know it was a busy mother's day and there was only 1 person working the front. Given those circumstances this is what I experienced...ordered on the website, which said order will be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived about 30 minutes later, order not ready. Told to wait and they will call me in 10 minutes. Go to my car and wait 15 minutes without a call. Call the store (from my car) and they say wait another 10 minutes. I go into the store 15 minutes later and still not ready. Order finally ready about 10 minutes later, for a total of about 1 hour 30 minutes. On top of that, no remorse, apology or any offer to compensate for an extraordinary amount of time to not only process my order, but have me wait on-site for...

My friend and I tried this place for the first time. She was satisfied with combo 1 house blend but was bothered by the fact that there were no potatoes in her bag. Mine did come with 1 potato and corn, but the garlic butter blend was very bland. When I called and spoke to the manager he assured me that he checked the order himself and there wasn't nothing much he can do. What has me the most upset is that he assumed because the bag is clear that you can see everything in the bag. Like how can you see two potatoes and corn in a bag with a bunch of sauce crab legs and shrimp? Very difficult to see everything without opening the bag and instead of owning that you left out the potatoes you argued with me. Poor customer service and will not be coming...
