I really wish I could give this dispensary 5 stars as itās the closest to my house and I always am happy with their products and pricing however, I find the customer service to be lacking. Iāve used multiple dispensaries over the 5 years Iāve had my medical card including GreenPoint in Laurel, Zen Leaf in both Elkridge and Towson, Remedy, Revolution Releaf of course, and a couple others around Baltimore. Every other dispensary I go to has extremely friendly and outgoing staff that are happy to help. At Revolution, itās 50/50. The Budtenders at times seem as though they couldnāt care less about helping/chatting with patients. My other big complaint is that EVERY other dispensary I go to has a separate line to prioritize medical patients as the law literally states that there is supposed to be a separate designated line. Revolution Releaf never prioritizes medical patients. There is no separate line, just one register labeled āmedical priorityā and I have been in line several times where there was no one stationed there so it doesnāt even get used. When the medical registers arenāt in use the other budtenders also do not prioritize medical patients and instead takes the line in order. Obviously Iām appreciative of the 20% discount and no taxes, but it does piss me off medical patients are meant to be prioritized but I consistently have to wait behind recreational patients. Iāve asked different workers at least twice now why they donāt put in effort to call med patients first and thereās always a different excuse as to why it didnāt happen for me. I know this is a smaller dispensary so maybe enough people donāt complain, but by law a separate medical line or at least medical only hours are required, Revolution Releaf complies with neither of these rules. Additionally, at GreenPoint Iāve had no trouble contacting a manager or anyone who could answer my questions about points on my account and certain discounts, while at Revolution I can never get a straight answer. The app on my phone has never synced with the points I have on record in store and Iāve just had to deal with it because no one knows how to help (which means I never get to know how many points Iāve accumulated unless I physically go...

The other times, when I was served by other employees I never had any issues using a debit card. The very last time I did and was helped by that employee, I looked at my account and was charged an extra 4 dollars for the order (which they explain is kind of an atm fee) but was charged an atm fee on top of that. Supposedly they give you some cash back to make up for it, but I was short changed both times by this employee.
The very first time I went, I didnt check the bag before I left, and the same employee stapled up the brown bag and gave me an empty container. I went all the way home and my jaw dropped when I saw that the container was empty. I went all the way back for them to replace it. They were nice about it and apologized. Iām glad they believed me which is one of the reasons why I kept coming back, but I feel like one of the employees is kind of shady. I learned if I always use cash and check the bag before I leave, it works out fine, so thats the only way I go here now.

Unfortunately customer service is not there, none of the associates pay attention to which cars get there first since we aren't allowed to go in because of COVID, people that got there last got their orders first so they don't really have a system as of right now which makes it very inconvenient. I had to wait more than a half hour to get my stuff and I was the third one there, multiple cars arrived and the associates picked cars at random to service, instead of first come first serve. I will not be returning to waste more money there and waste my time especially when I told the associate there that they need a better system and he just brushed it off like patient's money don't pay his bills, I don't recommend it based on this experience, there are other dispensaries and I'm glad I didn't...
