I'm highly upset about this place I used to order from here all the time and so did my coworkers. I had never had an issue with the manager or anyone they gave me a wrong order once and I called and they sent me a right one and I always had respect for them but ob Thursday the 11th at 11pm I was working my over night emergency shift and I placed a order I asked for a cheese burger panini no tomatoes no hot peppers and a small shrimp salad and my coworker ordered a chicken tenders with fries well I place that order at 11PM ish and the delivery guy came and handed me the order at first he said one of the cards didnt go thru and said you owe 10 something I forgot the price but then we called and it went thru fine as I went to check my food In front of the driver and saw it was wrong they had given me a chicken panni with friend onions and bacon and a leg shrimp salad with barely any sauce on it. I was really upset because this was my dinner overnight I had then told the driver this is wrong and he called back to his store and said sorry we cant do anything about this we just closed so I handed my food back to him and said please give me a refund I cant accept this due to my allergies to onions he said ok we will call tomorrow I work at an animal hospital and there is cameras outside and inside so I cant have them pull up the video of me handing him the food back. When i did i managed to find that I didnt have the fries returned and it was in my coworkers order so I ate it because that's all i had as i got close to finishing i saw a dead ant in the bag of fries i spit the fries out and was very upset and worked on an empty stomach. I waited 2 weeks hoping that they would refund my account as the driver had told me and today I called spoke with the manager and told him what happen he got offended and said I was lying and that he couldn't do anything and he continued to say I'm a liar and was insulting me when I kept calm. I dont mind losing the $28 but the fact that they said I'm lying and all I feel like I shouldn't give them free money for some order I didnt eat. I called my bank and the case is open But nothing happened from both ends I'm really upset about this because of the manager safia telling me im a liar and that he couldn't help me. I use to love this place and so did my fellow coworkers but I will have to consider opening a lawsuit case if it can be done because of the money lost and the insect in my fries. I dont know how it got there or how it was killed we all know insects can be killed with chemicals not saying that's what happen but no one knows. I dont type reviews but this had to be done due to having me money basically taken when I didnt get a meal and the fact that it had a foreign object in it I will have to that legal action. We no longer well buy from this place due to this issues and being insulted by the manager I dont need to lie about this its immature but the fact that i was told so I felt the need to report this and I have the photos and camera video...

I have gotten food that was not fully cooked, only Once and I suppose it does happen every blue moon, So I call and they simlpy said bring it back and we will exchange it, which was not convenient as I used my lunch break to the food and it was almost over. Two Saturdays ago I ordered a large pepperoni and bacon pizza it had approximately 12 to 15 pepperonis on it and very little bacon. I called up to pizza primetime and I was told that was normal for a large pizza to have up to 15 pepperonis ,mind you I ordered pizza from this place for many years and I've always been happy with the product except for the two aforementioned issues. Then the gentleman on the phone told me he would make a small pizza with the correct amount of pepperoni on it if that would make me happy.
