This store has too many Covid-19 violations, Management VANESSA at this location sits in back office to watch cameras as customers are frustrated by the slow service. The staff has chores during covid pandemic is ridiculous when regulations state there shall be hand sanitizers 6 feet social distance isn’t practical in this store. All dining chairs are open no one wipes chairs tables etc,., when customers leaves store. The young boys at night I witnessed on personal cell phone as customer in drive thru blowing horn for some to take order. The big men at night don’t do nothing compared to those little ladies during morning swinging mop back m forth as I am eating drinking in dining area. I’m so blessed I nor any other customers slip n fall. The managers are never visible at this store and service is so slow. I never see this young Black woman Vanessa working not even when she has her 8 year old son on floor working with HOT coffee, so I assume she still baby sitting. The drive thru lady was rude it was the older lady. then my order was not correct I asked for a French coffee 2 sugar 2 creams they put 4 French which I did not ask for. The coffee was too sweet, customer service needs to be a designated topic during team meetings professionalism goes along way. And for the drive thru cashier to say OMG when I was placing my order cause she was frustrated was very inappropriate. Seems like she needs to think of a different career where she is not dealing with the public if she doesn't have patience. I was very unsatisfied with my service possibly I will not return as well as inform friends to not come their. Its said the one off Baltimore ave up the street from this location had only 2 workers in their Thursday morning and they got my order correct as well as hand exceptional professionalism/customer service. Read moreI’ve been twice to this location and both times I was dissatisfied. First time very long (10-15) wait time for one small coffee and a donut at the drive thru. The second time I went inside knowing better from my past experience. I came in and saw about 5 people in a corner waiting for their orders I didn’t think much of it and went ahead and placed my order. Again I had to wait a long time for my order and in the end they didn’t have what I ordered (hash browns) and what they did have (coffee) they gave me the wrong drink size. They messed up my order and then gave me a muffin to compensate for not having the 2 hash brown orders I had ordered. The coffee tasted awful both times. Also they didn’t even have donuts out? And it was early in the morning why go to a place that sells donuts if they aren’t evens available.... Oh and the prices are higher here. My advice don’t waste your time...
