Wings Pizza Y Mas — Restaurant in Laurel

Please read entirely. I won’t be ordering again. And neither will my 10 member household. I ordered a 12” gyro sub, 12 Caribbean jerk wings & fries... the fries were the only item they got right. I asked for pita bread (that they serve with the 8” gyro sub btw) instead of the sub bread, thinking they would just put 2 pitas overlapping and fill them with the meat and toppings I ordered. They CLAIMED to have called me 5 times that didn’t go through & text me multiple times and I did not reply, though I provided a correct email and phone number to them. All that to I guess let me know that doing something SO SIMPLE was TOO HARD. Mind you I found this out after my food was delivered and wanted CLARIFICATION on why I had an 8” sub but was charged for a 12”. I was IMMEDIATELY berated about how I should’ve answered or replied when they tried to reach out to me. My CELLPHONE showed no incoming/ missed call alerts, no text message alerts, no emails from them, and I had my phone, ringer on with me, the entire time I waited for my order. In the end I left it alone because they CLAIMED to have given me a 12” amount of meat in an 8” pita. Fine. My wings minus the first 2 I ate that looked fine, were undercooked inside and extremely pink. MY FRIES WERE PERFECT THOUGH.

Side note! If you made it this far- I usually order from here through Eat24 and have had no issue. But today I ordered through their site to receive their free brownie offer. Never again, the brownie didn’t help with dealing...

So, we ordered continuously from this business. However, the time before last, the driver sexually harassed my girl friend by continually backing up and eyeing her crotch, and making very obvious lewd facial expressions. I was mad when I heard about it but let it go. Later that night though the driver them used my girl friends number to call her, and then text her the following morning. We used a call tracking service to find out who it was and found out it was the very driver that sexually harassed her. We contacted them directly, and they claimed to have fired him because of his abuse of power and obscene behavior. So, we let bygones be bygones, and my gf ordered again last night, again from them and they had not only kept the guy working there but was going to send him back to our apartment again. The driver we got however, claimed that the guy was new and they needed to work with him. I'm currently contacting corporate, the bbb, and possibly the police. Be warned do not order from...

Today I went there for my dinner and brought a large half pepperoni and spinach and feta pizza. Before leaving I opened the box to look at the pizza to see the presentation, the spinach looked thrown on there and there was only a couple of pepperonis of the other half. I asked the manager (because that's who I guessed he was) if he could make the pizza over to make it look more presentable and to add more pepperonis, but he than refused and said it fine the way it is. Also, instead of the pizza looking like a large it looked like a medium, I really wanted a refund at that point but he than refused and he told me he wasn't giving me a refund. My husband calmed me down before I could get angry but I was pissed being stuck with a medium, that wasn't presentable to my liking. I will never go to that place again and I don't recommend anyone...
