My daughter’s high school recommended this place for prom.
Sadly, I paid over $30 for my daughter’s corsage only to receive flowers that were super small AND with dying petals on all three of the tiny flowers.
We were in such a rush that we didn’t have time to wait for them to correct the problem which they seemed to have been ready to do, albeit reluctantly.
So, my advice to management is to not allow the product to even be handed to the customer like this in the first place. Please put in a place a quality assurance process to avoid this for future orders because $30 is a lot to pay for flowers that aren’t even healthy flowers.
And I am amending my post from the original because I just checked out other reviews and noticed that I’m not the only to receive sub par service at the expense of hard-earned dollars.
I’m not sure if this place has a more systemic problem going on or not, but I will never support this local shop again nor will I recommend it. I will also be contacting my daughter’s school urging them to reconsider partnering with this florist shop for prom fundraisers due to lack of quality assurance and inadequate business delivery, as proven from not only by my personal experience but from the reviews here on Google from other customers (which I wish I had read before supporting but I trusted the school’s recommendation and I love supporting local businesses).
Lastly, for future customers who read my review and still decide to give this place a try, when placing an order online beware- they will ask for your credit card information over the phone to process the transaction.
Since I recently had my credit card information stolen by a different store (not affiliated with this floral shop) after I gave the customer rep my card info, I refused. The woman who took my order was not pleased, but I quickly told her about my prior theft experience and that I would pay in person within the next 30 minutes (which I did). Bottom line, and this has nothing to do with this store, I would urge everyone to be cautious about any merchants who ask you to give you their credit card information over the phone. You never know who you’re giving it to and if they will use it for their own gain or carelessly write it down somewhere only for someone else to find...
Read moreThis establishment appears to fall far below the standards one would expect from a reputable florist. Not only do they offer substandard and unappealing floral arrangements, but they also engage in shady business practices by pushing their inferior products onto unsuspecting customers. It is evident that their primary concern is maximizing profits, even at the expense of customer satisfaction. I ordered flowers just to find out when picking them up, I wasn’t able to get the flowers I ordered (THAT CLEARLY STATED ONLINE THEY WERE IN STOCK)
Moreover, the service provided by the staff is utterly inadequate. Despite having multiple employees, only one person is available to attend to customers, leading to lengthy wait times. Even after waiting for an extended period, I, the customer, was met with hostility from the manager, who was condescending and unprofessional. It is incredibly disappointing that this florist would treat her customers in such a manner, especially after paying a considerable amount of money for their services. I ended up having to wait over 30 minutes, I paid over $100 and was getting screamed at by the manager.
Given the poor quality of the products and services provided by this establishment, it is strongly recommended that potential customers look elsewhere to meet their floral needs. Spending hard-earned money on such an unscrupulous and unprofessional business is not advisable. It is essential to invest in businesses that value customer satisfaction and prioritize offering excellent products and services. I gave one star because zero...
Read moreExtremely annoyed!! Valentines day comes with its share of chaos especially on the day of as the last minute folks scramble in to pick up something. You do this EVERY year. Why do the staff appear flustered like this is unexpected traffic. I ordered my arrangement over a week in advance to make sure I avoided the rush. The lady took a picture because I asked her to do so to make certain the arrangement on the day of came close to what I was expecting. I was very specific about the greenery to include in the arrangement as well. What's the point of doing all that if none of it matters when your arrangement is being put together. I waited on the day of as folks who ordered same day picked up theirs and left the store. Mine was "missing" as it always is so another lady is putting it together again with no regard to any of the specs provided. No surprise the flowers come out looking a mess. This is not an issue on inventory, I see new arrangements being put together right in front of me. There's always something every year with these folks and I blame myself for coming back each year due to the convenience of the location and trying to patronize a local business.
This was...
