Update April 2022: This location still has the same issues as from before. Today I ordered a caramel iced coffee -- they forgot the caramel. I ordered a caramel oatmilk latte -- they used regular milk and just mixed it with black coffee. It was lukewarm. That's not a latte. I ordered a cream cheese bagel toasted -- it wasn't toasted and the cream cheese was all on on side of the bagel wrapper.
Update: July 2021 I've tossed away my last 3 lattes and cappuccinos from this place. It genuinely seems like there's zero coffee and there and I'm all getting is steamed milk. I'm not sure if they're using extremely watered down espresso, old coffee, or if they're just not putting it in at all. They're always so rushed that they forget to actually make a decent cup of coffee.

Yesterday I felt awful for the girl working at the front counter as a woman came recording her closely, leaning over the counter and going on about a door dash seal and demanded a phone number. I understand but the girl kindly told her that the workers do not make that decision, the woman was relentless and said she didn't have time for this, but yet she was there causing a seen. Props to that girl for continuing to remain professional! When the woman left everyone was in agreement that she was in the wrong. That is when I was told that they can't refund me, the owner won't let them. I was told to ask for a refund in the app. I looked, did not find a place to ask for a refund in the app so I asked them for assistance with finding where in the app to look.
