Arby’s is by far my favorite fast food chain but the service you get is different from one location to another. Covid restrictions should long be over but the Laurinburg site just hasn’t figured that out as yet. Constantly under staffed to the point service suffers. My biggest issue is like yesterday at the drive thru I placed my order, paid at the window and was immediately asked to pull up to the front of store and my order would be brought outside shortly. Why? There was obviously no one behind me or at the microphone. I replied I would as soon as someone pulled up behind me and immediately the young lady attacked. You must pull up because our timer is running. I replied well what does that have to do with me. I’m not interrupting others being served but you’re worried about a timer. Well what about doing your job in the appropriate about of time and manner and that timer won’t mean anything. I did move like I was asked but I didn’t want to. If you leave the window and they’ve forgotten something then you must drive around and get back in line when if I had been at the window to start with I would’ve gotten it corrected right there. Read moreI moved to Lauringburg in April 2022. Haven't had Arby's in 2 yrs so when I received coupons I decided to go. Order was a small vanilla shake, 3 chicken sliders and 2 cheddar beef minus the cheddar since I love the onion buns. I was going to put half my order up for later or even the next day.
There were 2 folks before me and no one behind. I don't know if there was anyone inside. Basically 3:30-4:00pm and not busy.
I never received a straw for my shake. The 3 chicken sliders were either under heat lamps all day or nuked way too long. They were as hard as rocks. Even the slider buns! Totally inedible. The beef sandwiches were ok but didn't have as much beef as I remember on them. That was ok as I always thought there was too much but the meal definitely was not worth the $15.+ I spent.
The young lady who did my order kept being interrupted by others making her move so they could grab things and she didn't seem to be in a good mood, however she was polite.

Read moreWe tried not to stop on our road trip back from the beach but we were starving! I’m so glad we chose this Arby’s. It ended up getting busy while we were eating inside but they were so efficient and were running really great cleaning protocols. The food was great but the service was even better. Takeerah (I hope I saw her name tag good enough to remember it!) was outstanding. She was so cheerful and called me by name every time I had to go up to the counter. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen customer service this good and a fast food team running this well - and not just because of quarantining either!
