Dunkin' — Restaurant in Laurinburg

Just from my own personal experience , this place could use a few upgrades in service and preparation because the one time I had stopped in I was unsatisfied with the attitudes of the employees and I was even more disappointed with the overall price for what little I had gotten and the employees on that shift were not too friendly at all , not paying attention to customers as two orders before me were just completely wrong and for that reason had prolonged the preparation time of my order which they also had gotten wrong and had over charged me for some items that were not at all ordered by me , it was a very frustrating experience and it had caused me to be late for work also. I will not go back there , however, that was only my personal experience and maybe those employees on that particular shift we're having a bad day all of that day so I am not saying do not go there because once my order was correct what I had ordered was actually okay & to my liking but I still felt like it was just a little high price no...

The morning manager is beyond rude, snotty, and ignorant. I asked for a large cup of ice. She refused to give me one. So I said...I'll pay for a large cup of ice. She continued to refuse to sell it to me. Finally, I ordered a large sweet tea with extra ice and told them to hold the tea.... she brilliantly replied..." I'll have to charge you for that "...I offered to pay for it straight off the bath... not the brightest crayon in the box. Another day I asked for a large coffee refill, however my refill cup has already been used that morning so it wasn't clean and I asked for her to just put it in a regular cup but showed her that I did in fact have a refill cup.... she acted like a complete fool about it. The Dunkin in rockingham has NO issue if you need a cup and they are my daily store. The donuts in laurinburg are ALWAYS stale.... No matter what time you get them. Rockingham they're fresh in the morning and always have my order...

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. My husband & I previously got coffee here 5-6 days a week. We stopped getting coffee from this location about a year ago because their coffee became so bad. You pay for extra flavors, etc, but you don't get it, and you sometimes receive old coffee. We decided to stop in to get a bagel this morning because, how can they screw up a bagel, right? Well, they did. Massively. This cinnamon raisin bagel is burnt almost black (I didn't order it to be toasted dark), and it is hard and chewy, like chewing on a rubber band. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I wasn't able to eat it because of how hard, chewy, and nasty it was. We tried to call the store several times, but they won't answer. The answering machine will not allow new messages because it's full, which tells me that they never listen to their messages. We are completely DONE getting ANYTHING from this...
