Rosecrans Kitchen — Restaurant in Lawndale

I've been there twice in less than a year and ordered pizza both times. The first time, the crust tasted pre made and stale but the toppings and sauce were ok. Today I decided to try their pizza again, but that was a HUGE mistake. The quality has gotten even worse. This time, the crust was not only stale but had a nasty oily taste to it. The sauce tasted like it came out of a can, like I could actually taste the flavor from the can. The sausage and pepperoni tasted like they were about to go bad. They use some sort of weird, cheap cheese that doesn't even melt properly. The whole pizza just had an overly processed, chemical taste to it. I can't even imagine trying any of their meat dishes like their chicken or kabobs. I wouldn't trust eating any meat from there. This is the last time I waste my money there. I just hope I don't get sick...

My friends and I came here around 12:30am and they took 10 min to attend us. After I ordered my friend still needed to order and they didn’t attend her until I said that she still needed to order. We ordered 12:42am and paid for a medium pizza (which looked like a small pizza) and a kabob plate and spend over $30. They did not give us our pizza until 1:02am and there were only us and one other group. After they still took another 15 min to give my friend her veggie pizza and only gave it to her because she went up and asked for it. I was coming home from work around 4am and I was craving for some chicken alfredo pasta. They offered me a cup of sweet rice pudding and it was really good. I paid about $16 and I waited about 15 minutes for my order. As soon I received my order, I thought it was a good price for a big plate. So I went home and couldn't wait to eat it. As soon I got home, I took a bite and I was very disappointed. It was too bland, no flavors at all. Chicken Alfredo pasta from Olive Garden tastes better than this one I ordered. I never went back again. If the chicken alfredo pasta is too bland, then everything else would be bland...
